This barber shop is the best. If I could give it ten stars, I would. I took my 4 year old son to get a haircut and Gilbert did such an amazing job. He made my son and I feel comfortable throughout the process. Overall the staff is so friendly and sweet. So glad my sister recommended this place to me.

Unprofessional. We were disappointed since we were looking for a new place in Georegtown. So much back and forth just to schedule an appointment. Then the barber TEXTED 10min before appointment to cancel. We should have gone with similar negative review we had read before trying. Georgetown deserves better.

This place have talented barbers but theyre VERY unprofessional. My husband gave this place chance after chance on their prices. So he booked online and when Tazmon got finished he charged him $10 extra dollars. Then tell him that the reason why he charged $10 extra is because he gave him a deal the first time. NO THE WEBSITE SAYS $25 FOR WHAT HE WANTED!.Thats what your website says $25 .No specials ads or first time deals just $25! Thats not the first time this happened. Im just over it. His appointment was at 3:40 he didnt start cutting his head till like 5. Just unprofessional & inconsiderate about others. HE WILL NOT BE RETURNING

Ive never done a review before, but I googled MTZ Cutz to see what time they opened and wanted to let everyone else know how amazing Suzy cuts hair. I took my 2 boys there a few weeks ago and my son wanted a small Mohawk with some stars on the side. She did an amazing job, Ive had a few people asking me where I take my kids for haircuts because their lines where so straight. I even had a lady who said she owned her own salon & was a teacher at Paul Mitchell ask me where I take my kids because their haircuts were really good! If you want your hair cut right go to MTZ Cutz in Georgetown you will not be disappointed!!

It takes time and patience to get a clean hair cut, the staff goes above and beyond that, they are good people with style & are not afraid to speak up . So be prepared on what haircut you want because they will give it to you hands down . I will be back every 3 weeks

We live in Georgetown and looking for a new place to cut my 2 boys hair. My wife set an appointment for 815pm. My wife and boys showed up they were not greeted or acknowledge by any of the staff. They sat there for an hour waiting to be helped. They finally got up and left and no one said anything. I will not recommend this place to anyone. Horrible customer service.

I went to get a haircut a week ago from this post, i went back today because they did a terrible job on my haircut.i work a lot so finding time to go back was an issue.Upon my return ii told her my situation, and she/he told me with a smirk, that was a week ago bro, twice, so i said OK its cool, because I knew I would get the week ago from it.so as i proceeded to exit she says u didnt let me finish and then begun cursing at me and calling me a fat ass in front of 2 kids. so i said, did I curse at you, you got some nerve to talk to me like that when i didnt usean attitude nor curse and for you to talk like that in front of the kids, she proceeded with slander so i said nasty words back to her as I left.Ive never herd someone talk like a thug in a place of business. id give zero stars if possible, its sad because i had herd so many good things about it.

Horrible service! Dont waste your time. Im sure theres other places to get a nice haircut. Id much rather drive to Round Rock or Phlugerville and spend my time driving than waiting 2 F****** hours. Very unprofessional no one greets you. Or ask If you have an appointment nor do they tell you Its by appt only. Even for those who had an appt waited at least2 hours.The barbers on his cell phone, pausing in between cuts to visit with co workers. Overall very poor service. Seems to be managed very poorly.

I always book my sons appointments using their app, and they always cancel my sons appointment. We will no longer use this barbershop.

Never on time, when you have a appointment hes either 45 minutes late, or doesnt show at all nor bother to notify you so you dont waste your time and gas $$$, But then thats alright, because according to his own statements His life doesnt evolve around his customers A total Flake
