My 2010 Ford F-150 oil change indicator was on. I thought It needed to be changed. The Team at Genes checked the oil and realized it was just the indicator needed to be reset. They took care of the issue and said I did not need an oil change for another 3000 miles. Genes auto will get all of my repair work because of their integrity and honesty. I went to get my oil changed and it didn’t take very long. They always do an awesome job. Later that same day I noticed that I had water all on driver side floorboard. I went back to the shop and asked them to check it out for me. And Guess what?? They found that AC line was blocked. They fixed it for me for FREE!!😲😃😄. Their awesome!!! Called ahead and got an appointment with them. Super easy! Had a stripped bolt they they went beyond and help me take off my engine dusk cover. It was oily because of my car, but they were so sweet and put in cardboard in my car for me! Very very helpful and fast.

The staff was very kind with helping me with a stripped bolt, and didnt even charge me. Honestly have earned my business next time I need anything. Please consider these guys, the shop was very clean and everyone was very organized and professional. Would give a 6/5 stars if I could.

These guys really know their stuff, even the younger fella they have working there is sharp as a tack! I do alot of my own work being that i used to work in the industry for years, i know an honest and squared away shop when i see one and i see it at genes all the time, if i cant get to something on my car or if my schedule is too aggressive, i need a place i can trust with my baby (my car) and i find that in every member of this establishment! Gene tracked down codes and engine schematics to explain to me, and the dealership, WHY the check engine light is still on.The charge was nominal; he only charged me for the oil change.WHICH IS STILL THE CHEAPEST IN TOWN for full synthetic on an 8-Valve engine...$79!!! He had my truck a week, and that was my bill!!!!If youre still reading, stop, make an appointment, and go.They are NOT in this to MAKE A HUGE FORTUNE. The entire shop models Christian values.
