Not like what they show in the picture.When I moved in,the apartment was not at all ready to move in. When I left, I left it ready to move in nice and clean,And they still kept my deposit. Its on the ghetto side. Price is good though. Oh Georgetown electricity sucks.I got to pay up to 300 dollars and it was only me and most of the time I was not even there with everything off.

If I could give this apartment 0 stars I would. I would definitely not live here thinking that it’s a better deal. You’re getting what you pay for. It’s better to just pay a few hundred more and live in a much nicer complex. I lived here for a year and a half. The first 6 months were okay, but started noticing things that were not cool very early on. The parking is terrible and very inconvenient, it seems that there aren’t enough spaces for everyone and when it’s full you need to park on the street. Not to mention how narrow it is. There are people that are constantly walking the street and there were even times where people who weren’t residents there were laying out on the lawn being disruptive and nothing was done about it. There were several times that strangers would knock on my door in the middle of the night and try and open the door because it’s not gated and anyone can walk up. Someone once even tried to break into my apartment in the middle of the day. The “amenities” are nasty. The “laundromat” is a couple of very outdated washers and dryers. I always went to a nicer laundromat, because on top of that, clothes were getting stolen. The pool is unclean and not nice at all, never once used it while I lived there. Neighbors were creepy. Materials in apartment were very cheap and would break easily. There were mice and you could hear them in the walls and they would chew the carpet whenever I wasn’t there. My heating/ac unit was messed up and the ceiling would leak in the bathroom. When I called maintenance to fix it it was still not fixed. When I decided to break my lease, everything was paid in full and on time, yet even after moving out I was still getting billed for things and told that they were for one thing by one person in the office, and then would get a paper saying that it was for something else. Overall, not worth the headache. It’s unsafe and unclean. Look somewhere else.

Renee at the front desk is the best. I have called her about seven times today and she was just as friendly on call seven as she was on call one!

I loved living here but sadly had to leave! My job situation changed and moved me closer to downtown Austin, but Christin made my transition super easy and pain-free! Moving can be stressful, but she really made things so easy! I highly recommend the Georgetown Park Apartment complex. Make sure you work with Christin!

Moved from Austin and this was the best decision! Got away from all the traffic and commotion. Love living right off the freeway for easy access anywhere. Lots of open space that my dogs love. Staff is always so helpful.

The front staff has always been wonderful in assisting with any questions or request I have had. I was able to move in right away without any difficulty. The pools and lawn maintenance are always kept attended too. Definitely recommend checking out Georgetown Park Apartments if youre looking to move!!

If I were you, I would definitely look elsewhere and keep driving by this place. When my lease is up, I will not be renewing, and thank goodness for that. This complex used to be okay when I first moved in, but things have only gone downhill. Neighbors are horrible, I get catcalled all the time, noisy, loud music in the middle of the night, even had my clothes stolen from the on-site laundry facility. I feel very unsafe here.Maintenance men feel the need to wake me up by pounding (not knocking, POUNDING) on the door early in the morning, and this has happened several times. They even tried unlocking my door and letting themselves in WHILE I WAS CHANGING (so of course I’m not going to answer the door right away). They’re nice guys, but far too nosy.We recently got new management, and the lady who works in the leasing office now is so rude and not resident-friendly at all. Half the time, she can’t even be bothered to look at me when I’m in there or when speaking to me. Very short and cold, like I’m wasting her time or inconveniencing her.They renovated the laundromat a few months back. Said it’s would be done by a certain date, and it wasn’t even close. They room was totally empty, no washers or dryers. If you make a promise to your tenants that something is going to be completed by a certain date, you should uphold that.Everything in these places breaks with just the slightest touch. Even when I would slide the blinds open or close on the patio door, they would fall right off.Random charger on my bills for no reasons, always inconsistent. Overall, don’t rent here. Just don’t waste your time or your money

I had been so tired of looking for apartment after I had gone to 7 different apartments. Then, I found this apartment complex going back home. Totally not planned but Im glad that I did. Christin helped me so patiently even though my moving situation was so complicated. Now I’m stress free and can’t wait to move in. Highly recommend for sure!

I have lived in three different units over the years since 1997 and its staff has always been friendly, efficient and helpful no matter the issue. I always recommend the place to friends and family when they need an apartment in Georgetown.

Office staff is super friends and very accommodating. Whenever I come home there isnt trash or dog poo anywhere. Thank you everyone.

Beware beware beware, dont move here they are frauds. They charge you $25 bucks for valet garabge when you dont use it. They also charged me for being late with prove of renters insurance even when I am on time among other scams. The staff is garbage and the owner doesnt return calls. Beware ******

I do not recommend these apartments, the rent bill keeps getting higher too many fees and they say they charge water on a flat rate, but you never know how much you are paying for water, maintenance guys never do anything, I was waiting for 3 weeks to get my tub and my ceiling fan fixed. Community is ok. Laundry on site is terrible only a few machines, and fitness center is a tiny room with no weights and too little equipment. Price for 1 bed 1 bath is to high, Im moving asap

If I were you, I would look somewhere else..I do not recommend these apartments. They have horrible service💩, maintenance guys are extremely lazy, I’ve been waiting for several months to get my bathroom fixed and no one showed. They rather be parked outside taking naps in their trucks or in the maintenance closet.Office lady is rude, I’ve gone to the office to report about the maintenance people not doing they’re job, but doesn’t do anything about it. They also have a RESIDENT in charge of closing the gym, she kicks everyone out by 6pm when the gyms closing time is at 10pm. She offends anyone who’s in there. I’ll be contacting the apartments owner bc it’s not right for a RESIDENT to have keys of any sort. In conclusion, DO NOT rent here, don’t waist your time and money it’s not worth it

Is there any lower number than a one to rate?? Maintenance is a joke!!! Too busy sitting in the office to do any work!! Slipped and fell on back on wet mud on the sidewalk..walked right into the office and was laughed at by the manager-she knows her name- and was told I should have walked around it...REALLY?? My skid mark stayed on the sidewalk for weeks with no apology or even asking if my back was ok. It was all funny to her and the maintenance man!!! Thanks Im fine....she needs to go and maybe try and become a compassionate caring person. Maybe than sbe might be able to keep people living here!!!!

These apartments suck they have mice, and when i moved out they over charged me so i didnt pay because they made my broken lease into an eviction that was not fair for me because i had finished my lease with them. They suck and their maintanance guy is really nosey!
