My AC broke right when it started to get hot out. I called Gibson and they were out that morning and head my AC working by lunch. Fair price and quick service.

Give them a call! I called them today for their free second opinion services. SO GLAD I DID. I was told by another company that I either needed a new control board or a new AC unit. Cost was quoted at $900 or $5400. I had Gibson Heating and Cooling out who found the issue in about 10 minutes. Turns out it I had a wire that came out and a bad capacitor. Total cost was under $180! THANK YOU

Got new air unit outside no big deal right, well I came in and they have ran the line to furnace from outside unit right across a bedroom floor. Pretty sure this goes in crawl space or basement not right on top of the floot. I guess supposed to hold bed and dresser foot from wall. Crazy, they did terrible job. And of course cant get Darryl to call me back to fix this issue. Poor poor workmans ship

Denver arrived within minutes of my call, fitting me in before another trouble call, and replaced the start capacitor on my outside unit in less than 5 minutes! All on a Saturday morning! Big thanks to Denver and Gibson!!! So glad you all are the ones that installed my HVAC!

Ive used Gibson for many years on many different projects, from remodeling to new construction. Ive always been treated fairly in price and installation. Ive used many other HVAC companies in my many years of building. They are my first go to and have been for six years.

I wasnt even able to get service. I set up an appointment on the phone for a service window on a Monday. Thirty minutes after the window had passed, I called Gibson, but a voicemail stated they were closed. I then emailed and when I finally heard back from them, I was told that they didnt even have an appointment for me in their system. They did not even apologize.I missed half a day of work and wasted my and my companys time, and in the end the A/C unit is still not fixed. I wont be calling them back.
