Someone put my order in the wrong building, but the staff Briiany was persistent and found my order in a reasonable time factor.

These reviews must be fake because I have had nothing but trouble with this UPS customer service center.. my packages always arrive way past estimated delivery time. I’ve literally watched the driver drive past my house, loop around the block and then drive 30 miles away.. only to drive back to the center to take a half day and leave me without a package. No notification, wouldn’t let me pick it up. In calling them a few times to try and work with them, it’s clear no one seems to care, nor is willing to help in anyway. It needs new management. This place makes UPS look like a joke.

Just called the (315) number, its 9a a woman answered the customer service phone . She went above & beyond to find my package, and get it on the truck . She was able to correct my address that Amazon failed to provide . UPS you need more people like her willing to help, and fix the problem. Thank you( ups cant be hard to find who was working black Friday at 9a to give this woman a raise )

This place is the UPS sorting center for Geneva New York and Seneca falls Waterloo and the Finger Lakes they store their trucks here in the garage I had to come to this location to get some help with a package that I missed. It was a unique experience never have gone to that location. It was definitely a unique experience. I like my service that I received they were juggling Brian nice and concerned about my package that I did not receive and they tracked it down to the truck that I was on and they resolved my issue and they told me to go back home and they will have the driver drop it back off to me later that day. And they did so. I absolutely like UPS and I always joke about their model. Like they always say what can Brown do for you LOL. So my overall review of this is that it was a curling facility and over a fantastic experience thank you UPS.

Two of the guys working helped load a huge dog crate into my car and tried multiple options to make it fit! It took probably 15-20 minutes and they were happy to help

They did not ship a package and it was impossible to get anyone to talk to you. All on a voice operating loop.

I was notified on this this snowy morning that I had a package loaded on a truck for delivery.To my home (a 55” TV ) so I opened the garage door prior to their arrival obviously thinking that they would put it there as they had to walk right by it to get to my wet front porch. When they arrived my ring doorbell alerted me as they were putting it on the front porch I open a window and asked them to place it in the garage. The obviously more senior of the two replies “No this is good right here” Must be they think old people don’t know how to leave a review.

UPS completly sucks. First they are only open 2 hours a day Monday-Friday. Then closed on Saturdays. Thirdly they do t even deliver their packages! They throw it onto USPS and force you to wait even longer. I have been waiting for a package that has been sitting in there closed office for over 5 days. Just sitting there not being delivered. I refuse to work with a company that does not work. My question is why do they even have a store? What is it that they do? Frankly its a waste of space and my time!

The help there is amazingly awesome! It a good place to work as well. Great benefits!

Lied to about when my package would be ready for pick up, then verbally assaulted by the supervisor who, when asked for his name, said his name was Jackson. Then went out to call corporate, just to have him follow me out and talk more trash. Finally got to get my package, just to have him be abusive again. He made me wait to sign so he could yell at the employees. To top it all off, he came out after me again and started yelling like he wanted to fight. If you want to be treated like garbage, feel free to go there.

I agree whith Jen - The woman (Brittney?) has a terrible attitude, maybe because I bugged her on a ciggy break. I have live fish comming and the sender has done thousands of them, he told me to go in the am even though the hours are screwy (4pm to 6pm). She did not lift a finger to help me!
