Had a wonderful time with our drivers, Darrin and Mike. They took us to some beautiful wineries and were extremely accommodating and thoughtful! A little pricy but overall worth it.

My husband and I are honeymooning in the finger lakes area this week. Fred was so kind and made the day so enjoyable!!! Took us to many wineries, wanted us to have the best experience and really cared. He helped us understand differences in wine, how to properly taste it, how its made, etc. to get our foot in the door as we are newbies. Highly recommend, especially Fred!!! He has many stories to tell and keeps the conversation interesting!

We had an amazing experience in Watkins Glen with Mike’s help. He was very knowledgeable about the area and the wineries, professional yet personable. Next time we visit we’re going to request him.There was one winery, I believe our second stop, that we did not care for. The view of Lake Seneca was awesome but very limited variety of wine...all dry or Riesling. Our favorite was Hazlitt.Tell Mike hello from us and thank you for the outstanding service!

Me and my group of 9 friends came to Geneva this past weekend for my bachelorette. We booked Quality Wine Tours through Jim, and had drivers Mike and Darin. We had the BEST time! Mike and Darin were extremely considerate, helpful, friendly and fun. Mike helped with everything from coordinating with wineries and finding a place for us to have lunch, to taking a million pictures for us and even wiping down chairs for us when it rained. They were both wonderful to work with and made our trip that much better! Thank you to all involved!

Although we were missing Don 😇 on this year’s wine tour, we had a delightful time with Fred!  Fred was prompt, professional, very knowledgeable, and had a wonderful sense of humor.  We let him choose where to take us.   After answering a few questions, Fred knew exactly what we’d like.  It was a fantastic day. I just wanted to pass on my thanks to Frank and Quality Transportation for a great time on our Rochester Micro Brew tour this past weekend. Frank was the consummate host imparting local knowledge and doing his best to keep us on schedule (which was no easy task). Everyone had a great time and Frank was a big part of it. Just wanted to say thanks and we will be scheduling a wine tour this summer. It was a unanimous vote in our van that we needed to have Frank as our driver for this summer’s tour!

What a day!!! We were in the area for a 30th birthday and our group had the best time. We did the 5 hour wine tour on Cayuga Lake and Michelle was the greatest. When we decided to visit the Finger Lakes and do a tour I was initially overwhelmed be all of the wineries and where to go and which place would be fun, once I called and booked Quality Wine Tours they completely took over. The owner, Jim, was great on the phone and assured me that Michelle would create an itinerary and book all reservations. She took us to three great wineries and on the way home, we loved the first one so much we went back again!She knows the area very well and was able to teach us about the areas and wine types. The places she chose were fun, and well-run. Even in the midst of this covid-19 summer!I would highly recommend this company and Michelle. If we ever come back we will be using this service again. Great value and great times.

So we booked Quality Wine Tours to celebrate one of my dear friends upcoming weddings. Darren was our driver and it was an incredibly poor experience. For the price of the tour we were promised to get a tour of curated wineries based on what we liked, and they were supposed to book us reservations at some of the wineries that required reservations.To begin, we were brought to one of the worst vineyards I’ve ever been to in my life (Americana in Cayuga lake) they serve wine in plastic cups. We told the driver and he goes “well you can look up other places to go…” isn’t that supposed to be your job. The driver also gave us no commentary about anything related to the finger lakes, and didn’t seem to know anything about wine.The last place we went to required a reservation which he did not make; and then proceeded to text me throughout our time there rushing us to leave.All in all I have no idea what I paid for, and found this service to be very overpriced. For anyone looking to come to the Finger Lakes, I’d recommend not booking with Quality Wine tours and just getting a DD…. It will save your group $800. I’m never one to do reviews, but felt that I had to as for some reason Quality Wine tours has 5 stars and I wouldn’t give it more than a 1, HUGE waste of money.

Michelle was on time and was very helpful to us in identifying places (wineries/breweries) to see. See recommended a good place for lunch and a winery that we saw at the end of our tour (which turned out to be one of our favorites). She was very pleasant to be with. We had a great time.

Our wine tour with Mike was awesome! We visited 5 wineries that were all so unique with different wines and ambience. Not having to do research and being able to just go along for the ride, made our trip so relaxing. Would definitely recommend a Quality wine tour to anyone visiting the Finger Lakes!

Quality Tours was wonderful from the moment I called them right until we had to say goodbye to our driver and new friend!! Jim helped me with the details of my husbands birthday surprise 2-day private wine and beer tour - after discussing our likes and dislikes, he passed the information onto our driver, Mike. I got confirmation emails with all of the details - the cost was very fair. Our driver Mike was fabulous with communication - he text the night before to confirm the plans and meeting time/spot. He was on time and had a great day planned! He gave us a few options to pick from and was really great about going with the flow - he called ahead and had reservations for us at most places, and walked us in to get settled at each tasting. He was so easy-going and we really enjoyed getting to know him. He definitely made our trip more fun!! I have nothing bad to say and would use Quality Tours (and ONLY ride with Mike) again!!!

We had a lovely time on the six hour wine tour for two. Our driver was wonderful and so were all the vineyards he suggested for us. He was proactive in setting a personalized itinerary and flexible if we wanted to make changes. All the necessary reservations were taken careof. The tour was covid-safe. Would highly recommend.

My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and booked a private tour. The booking process was so easy and they were so accommodating. Our driver showed up right on time and had great recommendations of wineries and even a stop to see a waterfall we didn’t know about! It was a perfect day. My partner and I were trying to make the best of COVID, and went to the Finger Lakes for the first time and we wanted to tour some wineries while we were there. After a lot of research, I found Quality Wine and Brew Tours was the best value overall. Given the need to socially distance, we felt that the precautions that Quality Wine and Brew Tours has in place would keep us safe-- and we were not disappointed.Our experience was FABULOUS! We have already recommended Quality Wine and Brew Tours to several family and friends. We had a great time with Dan (our driver) and I really appreciated his approach to the wineries and his genuine interest in our opinions on the wineries. It was a pleasant surprise that Dan made reservations at all of the wineries for us. He was also a great tour guide when providing information on different parts of the Finger Lakes.As someone who is always the planner and the designated driver, it was such a relief to have someone else plan what wineries we would go to (based on what we like to drink), make the reservations, and drive us safely from one winery to the next. We are looking forward to booking with them again when we return to the Finger Lakes.

Best Time Our Our Lives! Great DayTook a tour this weekend for our anniversary and it was awesome from the first minute! Our driver was Ron and he is AWESOME! He arrived early so we could get on the road and start our tour. He asked if we had any places we wanted to go and said we were open so he ran through a plan with us as to where we wanted to go. He was very informative with the area, the wineries, which places had a fee, which didnt, etc. He took a lot of time to explain things with us and even came into the places and carried the wine we bought out. He brought snacks for us to enjoy as well. His recommendations were great and we ended up getting to 9 wineries by the end of our 6 hours. He even took us into town at the end to show us a few restaurants he would recommend us eating at for dinner!Not knowing what to expect on a tour and the finger lakes, we will be back and we will be requesting Ron for a tour! I dont think you can find someone better! I really enjoyed working with Quality Wine Tours and would Recommend them to everyone I know. From the booking with Jim to getting a tour with Ron, the whole experience was easy and relaxing! Cannot wait for the next time!!!

Awesome Experience!Where do I start. Our driver Steve was incredible! There were four of us and we all had an incredible time because of Steves warm and friendly personality. Steve made it his mission to make sure we had the ultimate wine tasting tour experience. We were picked up at 11:00am and brought back to our B & B by 5:00pm. We were never made to feel rushed. Steve took us into each location (he could have just dropped us off) to make sure there was no confusion. He made some great lunch suggestions and didnt hesitate to show us some beautiful waterfall sites for the perfect Kodak Moment.Steve exceeded our expectations and truly made our stay at the Finger Lakes a memorable experience.

Our driver went out of her way to take of us! We also had a dog with us and she treated him like one of the gang!We will use them again and highly recommend you check them out when in town!Such a pleasant process from reserving our tour to being dropped off in the evening.

What a way to wine heaven!We used this service to tour the wineries of the Finger Lakes Region......Our driver was Bonnie who picked us at our B and B promptly at 11. We had a short discussion of the places we would like to visit and never had a feeling we were rushed. Bonnie pointed out the dont miss venues which were within the route we had mapped out. We were able to visit what I consider the best of the best in the area and still had time to stop for lunch.I highly recommend this vendor as being the most knowledgeable and customer oriented without being pushy at all. We had 16 bottles of wine shipped to our home after this trip which is a testament to the fine establishments we visited..Very highly recommended!

Fantastic day outFour of us took this tour with Michelle, a very personable and informative guide. She picked us up from our accommodation right on time, was attentive, walking us into the wineries, making sure we were attended to, but not hovering or making us feel rushed. Having said that, we visited a surprising number of venues in the time, so well done Michelle. Michelle made recommendations based on our likes and the fact that one of our party was looking to shop for gifts. Everyone was very happy with their day and purchases! The welcome bag with glasses, and the cooler bag of bottled water in the very comfortable car were the little added touches you remember and appreciate. Our USA friends have used this company before, and were keen for us Aussies to experience it and the Finger Lakes area. I would highly recommend Michelle and Quality Wine Tours.

We has such a great time on our wine tour on Cayuga Lake! Dan was wonderful, took us to the best wineries, and recommended the perfect place for lunch. We come up to the Finger Lakes every summer and we will definitely book another tour next summer!

My mother and I loved taking our tour with Mike! He picked us up straight from our hotel and amended the itinerary on the fly based on what wineries were open and what we wanted to try. This is definitely the best way to tour and taste the Finger Lakes wine region in the time of COVID.

Fantastic tour - book private, it is worth it!!We had an absolutely amazing time for our anniversary to the Finger Lakes wine region, coming from Toronto. We did not know anything about the area, so we sought out tour companies. The Quality Wine Tours associates were so kind and helpful, so we signed up for a 2-person 5-hour wine/brewery tour. Our driver was fantastic. It really, really helps to have a driver who knows the area inside and out and can take you off the beaten path for some really unique tastings. We also got to go to way more wineries and breweries than you ever could got to on a van or bus tour. The driver also asks you straight away which types of wines you like the best, and then tailors the tour for you. It was awesome! We WILL be doing this again, and are recommending it to our friends, as well!!

Just wanted to thank you for a wonderful day yesterday. Our driver, Don, was prompt, polite, professional, pleasant, and took us to five amazing wineries and a little nondescript brewery that had fabulous beer. Our day couldn’t have been better. Ladies first wine tourWe had the most awesome time on our tour with Quality Wine Tours. Steve was an amazing guide. He knew so much about the area wineries. He was a such a nice guy. He helped us in and out of our van at every stop. He had a cooler of water for the 11 of us which was a very nice surprise. We had made our own itinerary to the wineries but Steve had recommended a different wineries for our next to the last stop. We were very happy with the one he recommended. My daughter and I were staying in the area an extra day. Steve gave us a list of wineries on the opposite side of the lakes to visit. I would highly recommend Quality Wine tours.

Great way to visit many wineries!This was our first time in the area so we booked a private wine tour in order to be able to visit many wineries without having to drive. My husband and I already had specific wineries in mind and our driver took us to those specific wineries. We also stopped at a few others along the way based on information from the driver. We liked the fact that we were able to customize the tour. As others have stated, it is expensive, but I think that you get what you pay for.

We have nothing but GREAT things to say about our experience. Dan was an amazing driver and tour guide. He went out of his way to drop the other members of our group off and drive me back to our airbnb when I came down with a migraine mid day. He came into the wineries to take a photo of us at each location. AND HE BOUGHT US A PIE AT THE END OF THE DAY! We are looking to make this a yearly trip and will absolutely be requesting Dan each time as long as he’s still working for your company.

We are New Yorkers that originally had plans to travel to Nashville and had to cancel due to COVID-19.M travel restrictions. On a whim, we decided to plan a trip to the finger lakes and Quality Wine Tours let us book with less than 24 hours notice. Our driver, Michelle, easily accommodated our party’s tastes (half beer drinkers and half wine drinkers) by suggesting venues that had both beer and wine as well as navigating venues with unique COVID-19 protocols. She was very knowledgeable of all venues as well as the overall area history. We would absolutely recommend Quality Wine Tours in the future and hope to return for another trip!

Memorable and fun day!We hired Quality WIne Tours for a family group of 6. Michelle and Fred ( a trainee) picked us up at our hotel right on time. I had requested certain wineries and Michelle filled in with other wineries that she thought we would enjoy and she was right! Michelle and Fred were both very personable and knowledgable. We enjoyed each and every winery as well as our time traveling as Michelle and Fred filled us in on the history of the area and other facts.
