Absolutely love this store and will always be their customer, I had an on going issues for the past week working on getting an iPhone lock turned off so I could do my sons warranty claim. After a week of dealing with this I finally decided to stop on into my Verizon provider and they had me all set to go with in 10 minutes of being there and walked me through everything. They are criminals in that store. They place add ons and new lines of service to your account without your permission, as a way too boost their commission. I went in as a new customer and this is what I experienced. It was a female sales representative. Who did this to me. I believe her name was Sara. Shes a Snake.

Have had an iPhone for 7 years probably. This was the best upgrading experience I’ve encountered. Evan was knowledgeable, friendly... and the place was truly laid back. No signing in and waiting for your name to be called, just an efficient, wonderful staff. Was in and out in no time, even with transferring all the info.

I have been going to this store for years and everyone has always been so helpful. I upgraded my daughters phone for her birthday, and between the help I received from Josh and Morgan, everything got done in a timely manner, and was explained as we went. I always choose this store to go to for any in person needs, as I know the customer service will be excellent.

I’ve had my iPhone X for about 4 years and it recently was acting strange. Last night it was stuck on the apple logo. I tried to plug it into my laptop to update the software and restore it, well nothing worked. I usually go to the Verizon in Ithaca but due to COVID-19 they are not open as usual. I called the Geneva store this morning and spoke with Sarah who told me I could come in and get some help! Sarah was so helpful, we were able to erase my information from my old phone, and use it for a trade in towards my new phone, case, screen protector and charging block! I didn’t have to pay anything today! Thank you so much Sarah! You made my day and I love my new iPhone 12! I will be going to this store for all future phone things. Thank you again :-)

If you are ever in question regarding anything Verizon related, be sure to go see Sarah at the Geneva or Newark location! She was extremely helpful and it was obvious she cared. I have been to other Verizon locations where I felt unwelcomed and made a fool for asking too many questions. It almost was like I was frustrating to the reps assisting me, even though its their job to do so. Because of these past experiences, I am so glad I found someone who I can trust and I know will help me with anything I need via phone or in person. Other staff members at the Geneva location were extremely friendly as well during the time I was there. I 100% recommend going to see Sarah @ the Geneva or Newark locations! She will not disappoint!

We went into the TCC in Geneva NY and my fiancé and I had the best experience we have ever had within cell phone sales. 4 salesman were so helpful and werent here just to take our money but to help us from beginning to end of our sale. No one wanted to help me when my mother was having issues with her cell phone. She lives alone and the employees kept passing me off to someone else and all I wanted to do was change the number associated with the device. They didn’t want to help because they weren’t going to make any commission off being a decent person and helping. Next time, I’ll buy all my devices from the Syracuse corporate store. They’re more helpful. Thanks for nothing.

If I could give them a zero, I would. Theyre lovely as long as youre there to purchase something but if you need help or have an issue with a product, dont count on the same hospitality! Several people were lazy and quite rude when I gave them specific information and needed help with something. By the end of a day, on the phone and two trips there, my problem was finally resolved but only because I called corperate and they called the store. I am an easy going person and let many things go. This had to be done. By the end of dealing with this store, I severed my 10 year relationship with Verizon and went with another carrier. BTW, if you own your phone Singular Cellular is half the price of these guys. Several of my friends have switched because theyve dealt with this store or heard how bad it can be! Stay far away for your own peace of mind!

Walked in on a quiet Sunday afternoon and the young guy working got right to work helping me set up my new Note 9 that I didnt even buy from them. No charge for the SIM card even. I love watching a good techy work.

I went to Verizon today looking for a new phone. We worked with Lindsey and she was so knowledgeable and patient. She was able to multitask when several families were in the store looking for help. We all talked about how great she was. She really made an effort to balance helping each of us. She said she is typically based in the Newark store, and I would travel there to work with her again if needed!

Sarah at Verizon was incredibly helpful in getting me set up with a new phone and number and explaining the ins and outs of the family plan to me and my mother. She helped us save money with her good advice and patiently answered all of my questions. She even put my phone in its new case. Would definitely recommend!
