Around 10:30am today, UPS randomly updated my tracking progress to We tried to deliver to the business, but it was closed. A second attempt will be made the next business day. I had just received a package from Amazon and my office has a clear window view of the front parking lot. There was not an attempt made by UPS. We also have a doorbell that is regularly used with hours posted on the front door. I called UPS Customer Service and they basically told me I was SOL for the false update. This is not the first occurrence with packages going out of the Gautier center.

I really wish I could post a picture of my package. It was literally ran over. It had tire tracks on it and was ripped open. Thankfully my product inside was not damaged. And right after I bragged at how much better UPS is over FedEx. What a joke!!!

Total runaround. Company paid extra to have a laptop shipped to me overnight. The driver bypassed my neighborhood (I was watching on the GPS data map) then claimed that he tried to attempt delivery--but no attempt was made. Then they say that the package is actually at the UPS sorting place in Gautier--that I can come pick it up. When I tried to get it rescheduled for Monday (thanks to having a conference rescheduled this morning while I was waiting for the package to be delivered), they want me to pay an additional 11.99usd??? For a package that was already paid for and not delivered??? Tried to call back and, of course, get their 800 robocenter runaround AGAIN (after spending over half an hour on the phone this morning). I wont name my company but were still one of the major retailers in the US--and Ill be recommending using FedEx after this fiasco.

Ups 😂😂😂.very mad with them! Who leaves your package sitting on a two by 4 next to your mailbox up from where you live. And it rains all over it!

My five stars is for Brittany, who works in the office (maybe?)... While I was NOT happy with the driver at all, Brittany was friendly, super helpful, and amazing. She turned what would have been a zero star rating into a five star by being awesome and great at her job.

They were very very accommodating to me, they came through with flying colors!!!

Yet again, my package is running late and now sitting at the distribution center 10 miles from my house. Instead of being delivered on FRIDAY, it will sit there doing nothing until MONDAY, because UPS doesnt deliver here on weekends. I would gladly go pick it up today, but the Customer Service office is also closed on the weekend. Thanks alot!

My son had placed an order online for Christmas because he is in the military and is not home right now. The company he ordered from did not update his address and ups delivered it to the old address stated on the box. But, instead of just leaving it they took it back to the warehouse and emailed my son. My son called a little upset because he said they told me I had to come in with a picture ID and pick it up. I told him dont worry the UPS people are awesome I will take care of it. That was on a Friday so Monday morning I went over explained where he was and could I pick it up I showed him my ID and he said absolutely. You see it was a very important present in there it was my Christmas present. This is the first time our family has not been together in over 34 years. So thank you UPS Gautier from the bottom of my heart for getting this special package delivered to one happy Mom that cant be with her son this Christmas. You guys are awesome. Merry Christmas

Yall need to hire drivers who can read. Yall always deliver my package to the wrong house. Im tired of trying to find my packages because yall lose them.

Always had ZERO problems with getting my packages. Now for some reason, within the last month or so, every time I have a delivery scheduled, they don’t deliver it and say that the “address is wrong” and the “driver couldn’t find the house”. I always verify that the address is correct and my house number IS IN HUGE numbers on my mailbox directly in front of my home. I have no idea why it’s so hard to find my house.

Customer service was exceptional! Rare thing these days. Young lady handled my business in a professional courteous manner. Kudos!

Goodness what a bunch of crybabies leaving reviews on here. UPS and FedEx are the way to go. I cringe if I see the postal service is going to deliver my package. Ive had multiple packages picked up here and have never had a problem. I order stuff all of the time via UPS and have never had a problem with a driver. Try going to the post office and wait in line and your perspective will change.

It is 12/28/19 my package has been out for delivery since 12/23/19. I called about it and they said it would deliver between 2:45 and 6:45pm 12/26/19. I called on 12/27/19 and was told it was out for delivery and would deliver between 2:45pm and 6:45pm. I said that’s what you told me when I called yesterday. The person said that there were probably too many packages to deliver. They didn’t give me an option to pick it up. Most likely its damaged and sitting in a pile waiting to be dealt with.

I would say its the facility but its not. Its the driver that delivers out where I live. I may get 1 out of every 10 packages on time. Its always something. This time my addrs isnt correct on the package even though I ordered from the same company a month ago and had no problem getting it then. I dread seeing that its being delivered by ups!!!

Driver indicated my package has been delivered but its nowhere to be found, probably kept it for himself and lied. Filing a claim and complaint, driver needs firing. It didnt even verify the right physical address, just delivered to Gautier, Ms.

Odd hours. Poorer service than a UPS Store. More certain that your package will get out on time.

Ordered a package and paid extra to have it delivered in two days. Received an email stating my package was delivered while I was home but upon checking outside, there was no package. Called them to let them know of the mistake and was treated like a liar and told it was delivered. It wasnt. Maybe it was stolen? I have no neighbors and I literally walked outside to get it as soon as I received the email. Pathetic customer service and terrible timing with Christmas around the corner.

I have always had good results and the workers are very helpful and nice. The package arrives when they say it will.

If I could give them a 0 I would. Expected the package to arrive 11/10/15 after ordering it 3 months in advance. The package arrived at 4am that morning to the closest facility. However, instead of it going out to me, it spent all day traveling 6 hours away from me. It still hasnt arrived yet, and frankly Im worried it never will. Absolutely unacceptable.

Shipment was supposed to arrive at my business by end of day Friday, called at 5pm and was told they deliver frieght till 7pm. Paid 2 employees overtime to wait for this package as it was needed that day and it still never showed. Called back at 7pm to be told frieght deliveres ended at 5pm. I now risk loosing a job I have for Monday morning if I cant get this item picked up personally as soon as they open. Completely unacceptable. Will never use or suggest ups frieght again. Absolute worse service I have ever experienced.

Trash. Constantly late or rescheduling deliveries. My package was out for delivery this morning. Now, its rescheduled because it was somehow at the wrong distribution center? Must be hard to sort and deliver packages with your heads up your asses.

They said they delivered my package at 6 last night and never got it called the 1800 number said it was dropped off and wasnt but signed by somebody and never was so somebody got them a package that wasnt suppose to
