They couldnt even scan their own FedEx QR code. So I said just print me out a label then... nope, printers broke too

I came here after going to a competitor in another town. I was shipping taxidermy out of state. The competitor out of town quoted me a price of $1000 more expensive for the same service that Qwik Pack and Ship charged.

This place is run by a very friendly person. He is so pleasant and really makes it bareable to have to wait in the long line that typically awaits you due to it being a small town.I found the best times to go are between the hours of 10:20 - 11:10 a.m. and 2:10 - 3:10 p.m.

Scott was always so nice. The new “manager” is quite upset with something. He makes a person uncomfortable to ask questions. I’ll drive out of town for friendlier service. Unfortunate.

I prefer this place over the post office. They are so friendly and nice and they have a whole wall full of Tervis cups and accessories! I always loved those cups and am amazed by their neat selection and styles! They even have Gatesville hornet cups and military ones too! I will def use them next time I need to ship since the post office isnt as pleasant to work with. Thanks.
