So I called last week for smoothing treatment. The stylist Chrystal offered to go get the treatment at another store. I had an appointment within 3 days. Major plus as a customer is the service!!! Love the end result.

Dont book online! Call. The system is messing up. Sam was amazing! She took time to really explain everything about my options and the process, and she did an awesome job with my blonde highlights. I was super nervous going to a new stylist, but Im so glad I got in with her. See you next time sam!

Just had a great makeover with Linda. She cut off my old gray locks and trimmed my beard. I look better than ever. Appointment was easy to make and started on time. Price was right and service was excellent.

I had book an appointment online and called to confirm the appointment. The stylist politely asked if i could reschedule do to being short staffed. I agreed and was scheduled for the next day at 10am. Here we are the next day i arrived early for the stylist on duty to tell me crissy was running late that should would call her. Okay....well the person that supposed to do my hair apparently wasnt coming in until 1230....stylist on duty wanted to start my hair but she had an appointment at 11. I planned on getting my hair dyed...what sense and why would i start a dye job to wait and have uneven color. NO. no courtesy call nothing and asked me to reschedule again!!!! What?!?!?!?! I canceled the entire appointment all together i prefer someone to be responsible and reliable, if they cant even schedule appropriately or show up to work on time...they most likely arent responsible enough to touch anyones hair. Worst experience and i never even stepped foot inside the salon...

Some of the stylists do a really clean job, but the ones who dont are really bad.

I just had the most disrespectful, dissatisfied experience here. Christy was screaming I quit, i cant handle the crying, i will just pay for it, just go to me and my 3 year old. I will never go back, if someone has there bosses or who ever is over that places number please share.

We waited 15 mins then i finally got someone to come near us. Then she said itnwould be 30 35 mins before sje could see what we needed. Never will i go there again. There was 1 employee cutting hair and the other two sitting down talking to the one that was working. The lady was very rude to my mother and i. I will never go back all we wantes was a simple hair cut.

Daughter in law went in for a cut.... which ended up being way too short and not at all what she wanted. Then to find out they charged an EXTRA $10 BECAUSE HER HAIR WAS LONG..... SERIOUSLY?? It wasnt even to the middle of her back. RIDICULOUS.

Dont bother making an appointment. I was told she was running behind and that there would be a 15 minute wait....30 minutes later I am asked if I would mind if she took the person that arrived ahead of me, but had no appointment. Big mistake for a tipped employee.

Asked for a haircut and told her that I didnt want my hair cut too short, I walked in with shoulder length hair and walked out with hair shorter than my husbands. I guess she didnt understand NOT TOO SHORT!!!! 😭😭😭😭
