I love this place. The supervisor Megan is really good at her job. Ive been going to the same place for 13 years now. This is a really good psychiatric office for the people who want to get help and have control over their disorders.
Excellent Doctors and staff. Excell in getting your mental health addressed in a professional manner. Would highly recommend to friends and family.
This has to be the best doctors office I’ve been to in awhile. From the front desk to the doctors/ counselors the staff cares about the patients. I’ve recommended two people so far based off of my experience. Everyone is so sweet and understanding and I’m happy to be at this office that actually CARES for patients and their needs!
Horrible communication between office staff and Doctor. The staff openly displays the negative and self deteriating stigmatism mental health patients recieve on a daily basis. Dr. Vladimir Milstein seemed interested in my care at first but cannot be successful without proper staff communication; especially in times of severe mental health distress. He does not have the disposition to communicate via phone this trait was ckearly shown when I was in a severe mental state after less than professional hospital stay at Caromont. The only saving grace for this facility is my therapist Elizabeth; her unique professionalism surpassed anyone in this office.
Ive been a patient here for almost 8 years and have had three physician turnovers. I was initially very happy with treatment but it has constantly gone down hill. The office staff is horrid. They will argue with you over what your physician has told you and fight you tooth and nail for a prescription refill of any kind. I was recently refused treatment for getting there less than 15 minutes before my appointment time. I desperately needed that therapy session. I will NOT be returning to this office, ever and would never recommend it. This is a mental health provider with no tact or empathy, and lacks a competent office staff.

Used to be good doctor for kids not no more bad.
Friendly staff, quick to get you in. Very helpful and understanding when things change.
Doctor Vladimir Milstein was ok to deal with, the staff was a complete pain in the back-side. There is clearly no communication between the Doctors and the staff. Doctor Milstein advised me not to schedule anymore appointments but once every 2/3 months so on the way out the door I advised the lady at the front of that and every month I would just have to call in when my prescription was running out to get it refilled until my next evaluation. The staff - specifically a lady named Keesha or something along those lines very rudely accused me when i called in for a prescription refill that i had ran out the door without making an appointment and she could not put a request in for my refill (instead of asking when the best time to schedule an appointment was she proceeded to argue with me) when i very clearly did not run out of the office without scheduling an appointment I was following the doctors orders, furthermore she wasnt even there that day to be making allegations like that about the patients over the phone. This very rude staff-member proceeded to tell me that since it was friday my prescription for my adderall (which I take every day to be able to properly complete my job duties) wouldnt be ready until monday since Doctor Milstein was out of the office. This had been the second time Id been told i would have to go without my prescription due to the Doctors absence and upon advising Doctor Milstein of this happening the first time Dr Milstein advised me that ANY doctor in the office would be able to print/write my prescription in his absence (the first run-around occurred while Dr Milstein was away on vacation) I called Keesha out on her BS and for giving me run-around when Dr Milstein had SPECIFICALLY given me instructions to A) Not make a follow up appointment and B)Request that another doctor fill my prescription if i needed it in his absence from the office. This rude staff-member proceeded to hang up on me and I called back to put a complaint but only got a voicemail then went to work without ever hearing back from anyone except for Keesha herself leaving a voicemail on my phone that all of a sudden my prescription WAS READY ON FRIDAY ... save your time trouble and peace of mind and seek Psychiatric services elsewhere if possible. Ive received a letter that ive been discharged for using foul language on the phone and if bullshiz is a word that a grown ass woman working in customer service cant handle - Caromont would be wise to look into some better training of their staff-members to at least be courteous to their patients and not accuse them of running out of the offices or tell them their prescriptions cant be filled until the following week then proceed to call back and advise the prescription is ready to be picked up (only after escalating the call and having to resort to truth-speaking) Run the other way - staff would benefit from some customer service training.
