They make you fill out all this paperwork and then when YOU have to call they tell you that your background wasn’t accepted. So..here I am wondering were they ever going to call me and let me know or was I going to have to chase after them. DAM Adecco and the supervisor at Mann+Hummel at the Allen Plant. Yes I admit I have a criminal record but I’ve been on the right path straight for 10 years ago. What I HATE about a lot of jobs is that NO ONE wants to give you a second chance. Even SAMSUNG one of a Major Production Warehouse hired me and they seen my whole background but STILL gave me a chance. I will never come back to this place again!!!!!

They did find me a good job fast.. Also that they told me that if I was up front with back ground it would be ok. Cause they check the whole thing.BUT!!! they are extremely strict on attendance. If your 2 minutes late one day it doesnt matter how long youve been working with them. You are automatically fired...

I opted out of health coverage, im already covered, still paying for it. I got my 1095-C super late, low pay, youre not allowed to be sick, and when theres ice on the road, theres a good chance youre going to slide your way to work. They want their money for your hard work for sure. Theyll get you a job, doesnt mean itll pay fairly. I work where theres potential to make 18.50, I make the company five thousand a week regularly (almost six), I get $300 and some change per week. Need time off? Fill out a sheet a week ahead. No problems there until you try to figure out if youve got the flu or pneumonia a week in advance.

They havent paid me in 2 weeks. The woman KATHERINE there literally told me Im not getting paid for the 8 hours of labor I just finished. The bs cablebox place where adecco has an on site office, the most worthless lady that sits in a cubicle and even told my supervisor I wont get paid after he witnessed me working 8 hours and had my signature checking in and also when I finished, yes very shameless. Adecco seems to hire the most evil person, well she isnt getting away with this.

I have something old on my record from 9years ago and they refuse to let me work because of it. By my understanding they are not supposed to look past 7years.
