Friendly staff and great service!

Scheduled a appointment online employee called me 5 mins later saying the don’t have time to do it today. It’s about 3:00pm they close at 7 websites said I had a confirmed appointment to get my phone screen fixed I’ve been a customer of this place for awhile and I’m sad to say they lost my business

I unfortunately wasnt able to get an answer from anyone in this location.

I phoned ahead to make an appointment to have my phone battery replaced, then had to postpone the appointment for personal reasons. Both phone calls were very pleasant experiences with the staff being very accommodating to my needs and time restraints. When I went in to the store at my appointed time, the gentleman who waited on me was kind and thorough in establishing my needs. He gave me a timeframe for the job (30 minutes) and I left to run a couple of errands., returning to find my phone was ready and the employees kind in assisting me to get my phone and get back on the road. I will definitely shop here again.

Scheduled appt. Phone fixed. Picked up at scheduled time. Looks great. Who could ask for more!

Mr. Gilbert did a great job on my phone. He was extremely kind, and had my phone done at the promised time.

Great overall experience. The service was fast, on-time and very affordable.

Staff performed additional repair on iphone without prior approval. Older men in store are rude and lack customer service skills. One was rude to another staff member in front of customer. Repair staff wanted to argue with customer regarding repair that was not authorized.
