I tried several times to schedule an appointment for mobile detailing service and have been blown off every time. I had requested a visit to my place and was floored yesterday that someone from this company was at the same place I reside detailing someones car. I asked the attendant present why no one has scheduled with me and he stated he would ask the manager and let me know, today no one has contacted me. Sorry, will use someone else moving forward. Not nice and not professional.

2019 - I purchased a Land Cruiser in 2019 and had Bernard Wright apply the Gtechniq Ultra serum. The service was suppose to cover the whole car; however, the first time around he forgot to do the roof of the car. Not a big deal since we scheduled another date for him to complete the roof. When I brought my car for the roof to be completed, he was a no show. He did not respond to my calls or text. (Note that I live 40 mins away from his detailing location). After a couple weeks he reached out and said he would complete the work. He got it done and its been completed.2020 - I received an annual maintenance reminder from Gtechniq to have the coating inspected. They recommended to reach out to the original installer or any authorized installer. I reached out to Bernard Wright via his work and mobile number and never got a response back.Overall, I would say he is not professional and the lack of communication is unacceptable.

I’ll just find someone else for some coating and polishing work! Car has been coated and it has water spots!! It should not get water spots if it’s coated doesn’t make sense!

The owner came with one days notice to detail my Dads car. The car had never been cleaned inside and we were about to take it on a two day road trip. It was completely clean and the service and attitude was top notch. We hardly recognized the inside of the car! Highly recommended.

Bwright is one of a kind. He put the Gtechniq Halo Ceramic Coating on my new satin black wrap. It’s looks amazing. Feels like a totally different surface. It’s hands down the BEST Ceramic Formula in the game. I had another top brand done before and it doesn’t hold a candle to the Gtechniq halo. I picked up my truck drove 1600 miles got home and washed it today. It’s amazing the soap was sliding off the surface as fast as I was applying it. I contacted this company via their website, called to confirm they got my appointment request and he said he didnt, so he booked it for a week in advance. I waited until is 9:30 to call asking why they werent at the 9 a.m. appointment? He said he would have to call the office and would call me back. He didnt call back. I called him back 30 min. later and he hung up on me twice before I left a message complaining about the lousy customer service. I would not use this company. They were not professional and certainly not organized.
