I appreciate every employee there. They are dedicated to each task and case set before them.

I love them better than Illinois. You even get good customer service. The system of service is different and it quicker than illinois where you can be in a office all day even if you got there at the time the doors open. They take your info then they different you to a computer then in 1 wk you know the outcome not 1 or 2 months then being told they lost all you have to redo or resubmit paper work. You still best to call and check on your case though.

The staff is extremely helpful and very attentive to every individual(s) including myself.
