We ordered a 30 yd dumpster for a home project with Total Disposal. We have a high pitched driveway and I was concerned they would not be able to get the dumpster on top of the hill. I mentioned this to my service agent, Caitlin, and she assured me she would sent her best driver out. The driver was great! He was able to place the dumpster in a very convenient spot!! This company is very easy to work with!

They didnt swapped out my dumpster for 4 days, I call they told me they dont know what happened why my dumpster wasnt dropped off. The manager there said it didnt matter if her employees had dropped the ball that it didnt matter, well it does matter cause it cost me money. They had no problem billing me.Horrible service, very unprofessional horrible customer service. They record the conversation but she said it didnt matter and I have order a roll off a week for 5 weeks and to just tell me it doesnt matter if I late a day picking up Id be charge but since its not their money they dont care

Couldn’t be happier with our rental. Rented a 20yd for a residential job and not once had an issue. Customer service was outstanding. They were always upfront with all the costs and the authorized/unauthorized waste. Drop off and pick up was perfect as well. Total Disposal had the best prices and I can already assume, the best customer service. We will be renting another one here soon.

This company from start to finish was amazing and professional. The woman who took my call (Katie?) was so friendly. The driver who dropped it off was cool and down to earth. Finally they picked the dumpster up exactly when they said they would. I will use them again for any future projects. If I could give more stars I would!

I ordered a dumpster from Total Disposal for a home project. I chose Total after checking prices with four other companies including Waste Management. They gave me the best price. Service was courteous, pick up and delivery were timely, charges were applied after the dumpster was picked up. I will be using them again.

I ordered a dumpster for masonry debris removal. I went bigger and chose a 15 yard. It was just over half full and they had the nerve to charge me and additional $234 . So I basically paid for 2 dumpsters. What a rip off company. They were notified it was masonry from day of ordering and then still recharged me double. Ive ordered dumpsters from many places and this is a first and rippoff.
