I Remember Why this is My favorite car wash. I stopped at Tsunami with My Mother today to wash Her Car. The Manager on Duty is the 💣. He is Extremely Professional, Takes Pride in His job🤙 Ive Spoken with Him before as He was more than Helpful & insisted I wash My Mothers New Vehicle at the time due to a Previous situation that He Immediately & Happily Solved. I saw Him interact with His employees. They seemed to really Dig His Vibe. Any worker can Appreciate a Boss Who Shows You Respect. Im a Dedicated Loyal Member to this Location bc of the Manager Who was on Duty earlier today. Ive been a Member for 2-3 months now. THANK YOU Sir & God Bless Everyone 🤙💯✊🙏💯

Update: Taking off two stars ✨ because I am here now at 7:30 pm Friday July 9 2021 and its closed. Its supposed to be open until 8pm. Im a member who cant get a wash that I already paid for.Easy to use and line usually moves quickly. If you use it more than 4 or 5 times a month, the club is worth it. With the club, you can get one wash every day for around $25 a month.

Car wash was excellent, not sure whats going on with the vacuums! There was barely any suction, I tired two different vacuums. Paying customers should have better vacuums.

My car wash was great however I waited so long to vacuum out my car and still couldnt. They have more non-working vacuums than working people sit and take their time rubbing on their cars. Either get ALL the vacuums working or limit use and dont allow people to sit in front of working vacuums make them move so others can use them.

Car Wash is fast and clean. The price for a wash is great They have signs that say No Loud Music and No Loitering ...Why are they doing both?! I cant stand when Im vacuuming out my car somebody comes along or is already their blasting these very loud speakers and practically forcing everyone else there to listen to their VILE brand of music. Why should we have to listen to BLASTING VORGOR music when the rules are NO LOUD MUSIC ???! Theres a reason for the SIGNS being posted along the building! Can this be monitored or at least turn down the LOUD NOISE(music) BLASTING ALL THE OTHER CUSTOMERS AWAY???! By the way, I am a monthly member with recurring payments. Maybe I should cancel and go somewhere without the BLASTING NOISE(music) in the lot. Everything else about the wash seems cool.9

Good place vacuums are free and I always working I wish they had a section for the people that buy the subscription because I do have a subscription with the place sometimes it does get busy with people that are even getting washes

This carwash has free vacuum which of course is great! You dont even have to get a wash. If you choose to get a wash they have multiple options to fit your budget and or needs. I got the extreme and it was well worth it. Id go early in the morning because on nice days they can be a bit crowded. The wash line did seem to move fast enough. Theyre closed on sundays. Not sure if the vacuum is on.

Very nice carwash from a $5 quick cheap wash to get the salt off... to the $18 deluxe wash which leaves a nice shine. They also have a Dog Wash, but Ill have to compare the pricing to the one in Portage on Willowcreek. Portage offers 5 dog washes for $25. Id give a 5 star but the car wash I like is a lil pricey.

Clean efficient wash! Loved the free vacuum use post wash, incredibly strong suction. Great first visit! It would be hands down if they added rain guarantee at a certain price point to maximize value.

I love it quality for less never crowded when I go, save yourself some time get a monthly or a VIP the computer isnt people friendly at times.

Rim cleaner doesnt work. Despite them saying it does nothing comes out of the nozzles no chemicals not even water..Vacuums are always working well.

Great place, very much needed for the city! There should be a separate line for prepaid customers and then one for cash or credit! Some people be at the gate holding up progress!

The wash and the vacuum cleaners are always on point. I would say it is worth getting the membership.

This is my favorite car wash I always do the double wash with my membership I can go everyday and get the triple wash, hot wax, tire shine, underbody wash and heated dry I only pay 34 a month and can go everyday and they have free vacuums tons of them good ones too. Big ups to Tsunami

The only thing I have a bad a problem with is your vacuum cleaners are not working and youre not open on Sundays

Just left...paid 15 for the double wash and its not worth the price...my car is still a dingy gray in a lot of areas

Best car wash around. This is Garys and all of North west Indianas best car wash period. The only self service pet wash and free vacuums.

It was okay, I think the cost of the car wash is on the expensive side.

My entire mirror was damaged at this place and all Ive gotten was the run around...Not fair! I have been waiting since Aug. 8.to have my mirror replaced. Not Professional at all.

So awesome. Fast and good. The guys were sno nice, my car was towed and I couldnt get the numbers off from the impound lot. The guys came out and took the time to help scrape it off with a razor blade in the freezing cold.

Were VIP Members. The employee shot my wife in the face with his pressure washer as she told the employee that he has his que off and were the VIP package not the light wash. And he told us to go back around on the busiest day instead of repairing his mistake. Its literally robbing the customers. Also my wife is obviously hurt. You will he hearing from Lawyer. I didnt know the pressure washer was for anything other than rims not my glass or autobody. Much less MY WIFES FACE!
