Great experience. Wonderful espresso machine. Well worth the trip for at least the espresso :). Staff was extremely helpful. Facility was clean. Prices were right in line for a nice facilities like this. I hope I get to go back.

The Facilities are first class and the service is superb! They go above and Beyond. My 6yr old daughters headset adjustment nob fell off, never to be found. The maintenance department came up with a fix which is just as good as, if not better than original! I highly recommend them if you are flying to the Chicago area.

The team at Jet Center provides great service every time. Yesterday our own car had an issue and the team had the back-up rental ready in minutes. Sensible prices and perfect service with a smile! Every time!

Very exclusive place after reconstruction, Friendly service, for those who expect a lot of attractions to spend time like table tennis, kitchen, all is very clean . lots of parking spaces available in front of terminal. also available service from very professional drivers for transport to or from out.

The new Gary Jet Center Terminal is awesome. Great view when you need a break after a long flight. They also have crew break rooms with old school alarms for when you need to wake up for your next leg. Crew car is the nicest I have ever seen and their line service is top notch. If it wasnt for the food selection at Bult we would still stop here once a week on our patrols.

5 stars for the way in. Im sure it will stay that way when we leave. Came in with a 182 for a few nights in Chicago. They set up our rental car and a local hotel. Everything went off without a hitch. Thanks guys!

Great place to watch the aircraft takeoff for the Chicago Air Show. The pilots give you viewers some close up action when they return and land 😄
