The staff is always vey friendly. I can usually find different treats no other store has. They are enforcing mask rules and I see lots of cleaning which is encouraging. The deli is most of the time very busy so expect a wait. If you are looking for high demand items early morning is the best. They get daily truck deliveries.

I drive a truck and deliver to bjs, Sams and Costco a lot. Bjs and Costco are the absolute worse places to deliver. They treat drivers like animals, (seriously) like animals, they make us wait in a cage and take our keys until they feel like unloading us... if it wasnt for truck drivers these places would not exist...period. let that sink in.

UPDATE:The Wellsley Farms chicken pot pie is w/o question, the WORST pot pie Ive ever had in life. If you like a pie that wont bake, even doubling the time, & void of pot (chicken & vegetables), you might want to try it... Its disgusting... Its like eating raw dough... It went straight in the trash.Pretty slow ahead of the snow... Unfortunately, the deli counter staff were up to the task of being even slower... Like it was everyones first day...This experience is part of the reason I dropped BJs... The better half signed us back up for convenience ... Well be cancelling.Go to Costco for better service, better selection & better prices.

I placed an order online to pick up later in the day. I checked in on the app and they came out within a decent time with my items I ordered.

One of my favorite places to shop for my large family. Great prices for bull food. I purchase my infant’s formula and pampers from here. Also have a great book section and the cutest Oshkosh outfits for children.

The worst customer service I have ever had I called for tires and the person said he was busy with someone else . And I should call him back in 10 min . I told him that he should call me back . He agreed with a attitude but never called me back.i Called the manager he said that he would talk to the person but did not even proceed to earn back my business. You would think that a manager should have ask me about getting the tires. It seems like they really do not care .

I was at self check out and I assume a manager with short hair and glasses was being rather rude to me and my wife. As we were cashing out in self check out, she was breathing down our neck. She wasnt helpfully when needed and was being very unpleasant. She was being condescending, disrespectful to my wife and I. When I needed to be shown something, she said its right there, but never told me where in general or point where it was located at. She kept saying, Its right there, no. Its right there, no. Really not helpful. I appreciate the lack of trying and the lack of being friendly to a customer that helps support your job.

The staff are so sweet and amazing. They go above and beyond to help their costumers. I love this BJs. Its clean and well stocked.

Im a member for 6 years and never had a bad experience. They have a good selection and lots of organic food for a good price. Love their Wesley products. Customer service is great and checkout is fast.

Their shipments seem to have nothing people actually need. Been 3 weeks nearly still no TP or other needed supplies, Phones do not work and they dont answer them. The customer service here has been bad.

I cant believe they paid someone to design their parking area. It is impossible to get out of it when they are buy. you just sit in a line and hope it will move. The one in Cary has much better access.

I can find things I cant get anywhere else but the prices are not always cheaper, especially produce. The meat selections are great and those prices are competitive. Staff is very helpful.

During this pandemic, it would be helpful to be able to have curbside delivery instead of actually having to come into the store and pick up the order. That defeats the purpose of social distancing. Its also not helpful to disabled customers. Ive now rated the club only 3 stars.Other than the store is so large and some prices,are higher than in regular stores, I am usually very pleased with the items I buy there and the service I receive from the limited available staff.

New set of tires. Without being told, they hand torqued the lug nuts. 100x better than folks who use their gorilla impact wrenches to 500-800 lbs torque. One of the few tire places doing it right! Highly recommend.

Bjs is a great place to shop, they always have a little bit of everything. When they open is the best time to go in because theres not a lot of foot traffic, so its quiet and you can easily get in and out. Employees are also helpful and resourceful

Got what we were looking for

Friendly staff, several self serve lanes, always fully stocked, rarely out of things.

Member services excellent in explaining the 3-month holiday trial membership very well. I signed up. Next you all need to follow that excellent member services experience with a shopping experience that matches. Sample taste personnel at Cracker Barrel product was coughing over the food that she preparing. I did not sample that one. Prices were wrong and product on shelf was empty had . Had to wait 15 minutes and inquire from someone that was in the bakery for a vegetable platter. Great help in the self check-out line. That was quickly spoiled by someone that is stationed at the end of your self service checkout lines.

The lines were long. So I got in the self serve line. I am operating with 1 hand the other is broken and in a cast. In spite of this I felt like I could do it. I after all only had 8 items. I had some trouble getting things in and out of the cart. The person stationed at the front desk watched never once offering to help. It was obvious that I was struggling and I was proud of myself for getting it done however, not only did this person not assist me. She Never once even offered nor assisted anyone else. Great customer service.....

BJs was easy to access during rush hour. I was able to find the few items I needed in less than 25 minutes. The staff was nice and helped me during my visit.I was able to go back into the store to redeem a coupon! ( I placed the coupon on top of my purse and I did not notice I did not use the coupon until I was walking out of the store.)Thank you BJs. 😃

If you cant find it at BJs it probably doesnt exist. All items in the store sort of flows. Those who are working there are very helpfuland friendly. The supervisor runs an excellent store.She is more than a a little helpful, very friendly and knows where everything is located. She will go out of her way to be helpful. Best of all one can save a great amount of money just by shopping at BJs.

Just visited the store and went through the register with some items including the cake and blueberries. Apparently the cashier incorrectly scanned the two items.So at the door of course my wife and I were treated like a criminal by the very rude woman who instructed us to go to the service desk in front of the line full of people as we were treated like we made the mistake. At the service desk it was no better as the woman there who is just as rude. This of course took an extra 20 minutes, then a third time at the door where we were held up again while the same rude woman got to write down the information.Never did anyone treat us friendly or make us feel anything but as though we made the mistake causing this embarrassing situation. I’ve shopped in the store for many years and I’m sorry to say it is Managed very poorly. Having worked for years in retail in the loss prevention industry I understand the importance of this door check however there’s a right way and a wrong way to do it.

Need to buy in bulk? BJs is a good choice. Gas is cheap, propane re-fills are cheap. The products in the store are expensive, but you pay for the bulk. You can find some good deals at times and coupons are plentiful. Great membership to have.

Member since 7/1993 have spent estimated 400,000.00 to 475,000.00 excluding liquor purchases April 29 I attempted to use a 4.00 coupon which had expired 4/28/2018 approached general manager she refused to honor coupon called corporate was informed manager has the discretion to make these calls recently in a Philadelphia Starbucks 2 black men who didn’t spend a dime were arrested and subsequently released this incident caused Starbucks major negative publicity Starbucks even closed all of its stores for one day costing company an additional 23 million dollars all of this for 2 customers who didn’t spend a dime with Starbucks since 1993 I’ve spent 400-475,000.00 with BJS and a manager refused a 4.00 coupon that was expired one day they compensate general managers between 85-110,000.00 yearly you can pay someone a third of that to be business incompetent you want to save money BJS you have 213 locations at 100,000.00 a pop for managers costing 21,300.00 cut their salaries I see membership is going up yet again when I joined in 1993 it was 35.00 I currently spend 100.00 on membership save money keep my membership dues low cut manager salaries

Everything in this place is great except by the cashiers (most of them), store hours is just great, open on most holidays while competitors are closed, the only fly in the ointment comes when you need to go through the check out process, most of their cashiers lack of training and experience they get stuck when something out of the ordinary comes up, try to use the self check out sometimes is unavoidable when you have cases of juices, water or wine...hope Bjs do something about it

Its hella convenient. The aisles are labeled and the prices are reasonable. The place is rarely a zoo, which is a welcome change from the mass of humanity that Costco attracts.

Came here to pick up my membership card and it took about 30 min just to go through the line of two people. There was only one person in membership. You know there is something wrong if the members have to wait 30 min for such a simple task.

Great place to buy in bulk and fine mine allergy medicine cheaper for more for my money.

Always great, but tire center needs at least a receptionist so the one tire guy can work. He’s always polite though!

Love to coupon here. Plus the staff is so helpful. I walked around to shop for the first time in years. When I got to the register, I was done in. They brought me a go cart and helped me to my car. Thank you Pasia, Becky, and Isaha. I hope I spelled their names correctly. GOD BLESS!

Love this place!

My mother and I do the majority of our grocery shopping here, making it suitable for both large families and two person families. Of course they sell a variety of other things aside from groceries such as home goods, clothing, books and movies, and even optical care like prescription glasses.

I enjoy BJs because the store is kept clean, employees are friendly, and its location at White Oak is convenient, but the selection and prices still cant match Costco in my opinion.

We no longer go here. The TV and Laptop we bought here are having a lot of issues and we got tired of getting coupons in the mail that you had to wait to use. The customer service started going down hill and there where to many inconveniences to saving money. Instead of paying for a membership, it just seems way easier to shop at Walmart and get similar enough savings.

Great selection of items and much quicker check out experience than other warehouse clubs. I wish this location had a restaurant like the Cary location.

Great price on tires reflects mechanics abilities and motivation. 3 hours for tires, alignment, and oil change? Must not get paid by jobs.

Nice BJs location, they have a very good selection, especially in the bakery and meat sections. Prices are alright, you dont save as much as you might think over Walmart.

Great place to shop. The only drawback is that at time the sizes are to big.

Do not buy tires from BJs. My tire went flat under the warranty and they dont have my tire in stock and they have to order the tire and it wont be in until next Tuesday. In order to get my tire today I am being forced to buy a more expensive tire that they do have in stock and I have to pay double the price. Dont buy here.

Their customer service is horrible. The attitude the lady (if you can even call her that) had at the customer service desk was bad to say the least 6:47pm on 6/8/18.

The only thing is missing is a Food Court.

Had a delivery there and I was just discriminated against they pulled a truck around me to unloadedwhen I went to give the guy my paperwork he told me to wait until 5 an got smart out the mouth some black guy never seen him before 4 been here a few never got reaction before just gos to show there are steal a lot coons in the in south I have 47 cases of their product 1 pallet the truck pulled around me had 6pallets an he bring him his paperwork they tell me to stay in there when they unload I was a member too when I went back to redeliver there the 47 case they lied an made up a hold story about the truck they pull around me was a night truck when I only had was 47 an cover for there coon they had working that night then tells me they never takes trucks early any other time Ive been there they take me rate in
