Ive been taking my watches to John for many years. I have to admit that I did use a different company, once and only once, but decided John was the man for the job. The other company that I used one time scratched one of my favorite watches badly but I can honestly say that John, nor his staff, have never harmed any of my jewelry. I will never use anyone else, they are the best. FIVE STARS!! Id give more but thats the limit they allow. :)

Went into today after being referred the by the csr at Kays Jewelry on rt 70.A jewelry store in Agri Supply i thought....well the service was great. The young lady was very patient and professional. Got a new battery for a fraternity watch and a new band which took time to fit properly but...she got it done right. Wife purchased a nice leather pocketbook for the spring and summer. I was there for about a hour and a half but it was cool. Good service is worth waiting for. Thank you so much! One of my favorite watches is back on my wrist.

Second time using Affordable Watch Repair. My first time using them I had lost one of the pins on the bracelet on my G Shock ceramic band. Stopped in and they fixed it right on the spot in five minutes. Today I took my new Longines Hydro Conquest and my wifes new Longines Presence to have the bands adjusted. As always service was quick and done to perfection. Anyone looking for quality watch repair should look no further!

Just had a watch band keeper replaced. Johns assistant, forgive me as I’ve forgot her name, advised me of the best type for my watch and installed it in no time flat. It didn’t take long, but she was positive and confident she could do it prior to closing.I’m glad I got it replaced there, bonus, it wasn’t very expensive either!

I bought a beautiful sterling cz horseshoe with a floating cz in tge center of the horseshoe that is suspended from both sides and wiggles to sparkle even more! The service was prompt, courteous and sincere.

Excellent service...I had an old Tissot watch that I had difficulty finding a band for. They were able to modify one of their bands to make it fit. I am truly grateful for extending the life of this watch for me.
