Took my son in for a yearly check up. Saw some new faces that were all very nice. The ladies at the front desk were welcoming and professional. I was in and out in a relatively decent time frame, which I liked. Bailey was really nice to my son. Makes the trip to the dentist a more enjoyable experience, especially for the kids. I’m terrified of Doctors in general, but Dr. C is the best alone with the entire staff. They really are great with Scared patients and I’m really bad. They are wonderful with people like me. Ladies at the front desk were very helpful. There was some confusion on my part as to which procedure was to be performed and follow up on my insurance. Cara and M’s Colone ( hope names are right) tag teamed to ensure I was seen and explained the insurance misunderstanding. In addition, they saved me from making an unnecessary visit. Other than paying the bill, they did a great job. They may have made me smile.

After spending 20 minutes downloading apps to fill out a questionnaire for the receptionist then going back to the hygienist so she can try to schedule another appointment for a deep tissue cleaning just because one tooth had low bone density after taking x-rays, I have learned that this place only wants extra money to pay for God knows what. All I asked for was a cleaning.Not to mention they already took me for all this extra cash 4 years ago & after that out of pocket expense, my very next appointment I was told my bone density was perfectly fine.This practice is a rip off and I am done giving them my money. Additionally, every time I call this location I would get voicemail.DO NOT USE THIS PLACE, THEY ARE A RIP OFF!

On Feb. 22, 2021 I went in to get a crown. I was informed that even though I have dental insurance I needed to pay the entire amount, $1,134 upfront and then I would receive a partial refund once the insurance paid. I paid the $1,134 and insurance paid on the claim Mar. 19. The first time my husband called inquiring about our refund he called the main office and was told it was handled at the Cleveland Road location. He called them and was told there was a pile of mail that had been building up that they hadn’t gotten to yet and the check was probably in that pile. This was in April. .He called again repeatedly in May and never got a response. Called again and threatened legal action and received an email stating that corporate would be issuing the refund. This was June 4th. We have left multiple messages since and received no response. We are senior citizens and the $500+ we are owed is important to us. They certainly had no problem expecting us to pay the full amount upfront.

This is my second time coming here and I really enjoy coming here. The Staff is very nice as well. Robert does an amazing job on teeth!! I love this place!

Had a great visit with Dr. Noah and Dolores today. Usually have awful dental anxiety and I was calm and they talked through everything with me. Extremely grateful to have found this facility.

Been a patient since 2016. My dentist is fantastic. The management who directs the scheduling department needs to consider their patients time. I wait 20 to 30 minutes beyond when my appointment is supposed to begin just to sit in a chair. Then expect to wait another 10-15 minutes for the doctor to begin your dental care. Also, expect for the doctor to be working on you simotaneously with other patients. Lane & Associates is not the place you should expect to start or finish on time. Im now looking at other dental care provider options.

I have been coming to L&A for about 9 years and I have never had a problem with my teeth! They have an excellent staff and are always so sweet! Robert has always been my dentist and he is amazing!!

Came in a few weeks ago with the recommendation from my sister Danielle . She took my x-rays and was very gentle. Robin, my hygienist took good care of me as well and talked about some historical places she has been which was a fun talk. Really like this office.

Im not sure how many people love coming to the Dentist but i sure do love seeing the same faces here. They treat you like family and know you as a person. Robin is the best and i love sharing stories with her. Dr. Bailey is always a great story teller and stops by to say hi to me.

Robert is usually always my dental hygienist and he is always so nice and sweet and makes me feel so comfortable. I recently got my wisdom teeth taken out as well and the process was super easy and smooth and they made sure i was informed about everything before and after. Highly recommend them for all your dentistry needs!

As a very fearful and apprehensive person, going to the dentist is generally not an appointment I keep. My husband recommended I visit the Garner location. I am grateful for my experience with Dr. Bailey. He is the 1st dentist who gave me confidence to pursue the extensive work and many options;not just the option that cost the most. But what can I say about my hygienist, Nocelia! She was patient, kind and let me know everything every step of the way. She too gave me the confidence to believe I can make it through the shots. She was right! In her calm tone she said, you can do it. Nocelia is the only reason I didnt cancel any of my appointments like I used to do because I was so afraid. Great experience! I am on my way. My family has our regular 6 month visits at Lane & Associates Family Dentistry in Garner, and we always have good experiences. We appreciate the care and kindness of the hygienists and the dentists.I was up all night with terrible mouth pain earlier this week and called the office as soon as they opened the next morning. I was able to get an appointment for that day, and when it was discovered that I needed a root canal, it was taken care of that afternoon. I was so grateful for the quick assistance and great care that was taken. Id highly recommend this office to anyone looking for care of their dental needs!

This was the best Dental experience ever. My wisdom tooth was causing me a great deal of pain and Dr. Campbell was able to get me in right away. I have been at this place since 2010 when i was really little. I have come here year after year. After years of being uninsured, Really bottom income, I finally came forward to this dentistry and discovered their prices really fair and reasonable. With insurance I was blown away by how affordable it was.The staff is knowledgeable, smart, friendly, and intelligent. They know what they are doing, dont mind being silly and human, and really bring a connection to the mix. You dont have to worry about shaky hands or mess ups here they are all a family of well honed individuals doing what they love.Like always my heart sings when i come in, not only is their presentation nice, but they are very clean, sanitary and thorough in assisting with your needs. Im always happy to come and leave here.Last visit was with Robert and Dr Noah, They are a delight and well mannered. But best part is they bright the light conversation and good humor into the mix! Its important to have that! Being too serious can be nerve racking to an already worrying person. They are excellent in building rapport! Great job!

Robert, my dentist, did an absolutely amazing job! Kind and funny, best of all, he did a quick job while also doing a great job.

Paid 50.00 for nothing. Called before hand to make sure they could put you to sleep and had a actual oral surgeon for 7 teeth. They had nor did neither! Lied to by receptionist. Then tried to charge 1800.00 without anesthesia to pull teeth, with insurance paying 750 of that. Already had quote from another oral surgeon quoting 1300.00 with anesthesia and no insurance. Do not come here!!!

Great staff. Especially Caitlyn who answered the phone. She got me in urgently even though I had never been there before when I was in a great deal of pain. She also helped me find my insurance policy details that I was having trouble with. Very knowledgeable with great customer service.

Gonna be a long one. first off i’m gonna note that i am a client of probably 10 years now. so basically i schedule an appointment 1 month ago to get a consultation done for my wisdom teeth. when i scheduled the appointment i had to get a specific date because my insurance expires june 1st. we found a date that worked and the person who scheduled the appointment said that we would be able to do the consultation and possibly the extraction the same day because the oral surgeon would be there. i asked her if my insurance would cover the appointment and she checked and said “it looks like we will be able to bill it to your insurance,” meaning it would be covered. i do not live in north carolina anymore so i had to take off a week of work to go to this appointment. the night before my appointment i get a call and they tell me my insurance actually won’t cover the appointment and that it would be $80. I was kinda upset but I still went to the appointment anyways. When i get to the appointment, they started to take x-rays or images (don’t know specific term) and i thought those were for them to use for the wisdom tooth consult. after she took the images, she starts to set up to do a cleaning and i told her that i am here for a wisdom tooth consult. she looks into it and saw that i was scheduled for a cleaning and informs me that the wisdom tooth consult would be $140ish. i told her about the convo on the phone i had when i originally scheduled the appointment and she went to talk to a manager. she was gone for maybe 15 mins and then her and the dr come in, literally said nothing about the entire situation and check my teeth for cavities (didn’t ask for them to do this.) after that, they pretty much had me go checkout without saying anything about the situation at all. i go to the desk and they charge me $67 total, for the images they took and for checking for cavities when i didn’t ask for any of that and can’t even use those images for anything. i was under the impression that my insurance would work because that is what the lady told me so i was out of work for a week specifically to be in north carolina for that appointment (i live in florida) and they made my entire trip a waste of time, waste of money, and a loss of wages. i am not the type of person to make a scene in public but it is honestly crazy to me that this is how they treat a customer of 10+ years and i don’t think i should’ve had to pay for that appointment at all.

Nocelia is the best! The best cleaning I ever had, she was gentle and she is a sweetheart. I highly recommend.
