Always a friendly staff when I go to get crickets or feeder fish for my Red Eared Slider Turtle or when I bring 1 of the dogs in to get a bath or there nails clipped, but the employees are always smiling and seem genuinely happy to be @ work, must be pretty easy to go to work everyday when you get to be around animals all day (my dream job.)..Retail is more of a demanding job then most people think, you have to deal with all types of personalities as well as upset customers from time to time. So stay happy & friendly and Ill continue to do my shopping at your location...

Great customer service! I called the store near 9 pm and surprised that they received my call. They were even happy to go and check what I needed. Next day, I drove 30 minutes to the store to buy 3 African Dwarf Frogs. A guy who works there was friendly and treated me well. Although it was a long drive to the store, Im happy with my purchase and service there. Frogs have been healthy and doing well since then.

Last time I was here I order online when I got there it took them 1 hr to get my order noticed.I was patient enough to waitThey apologized and gave me some gifts cards to come back more hopefully not no wait another hour lol

Took both my fur babies there yesterday 17/June/2021 for the first time. We dealt with Redd. Let me just say she is such a sweet person. Her ability to handle not only fur babies but humans in the midst of a busy hectic day was impressive. Thank you for your kindness and gentleness with me and my babies. We went to Pet Smart for grooming services. Sam the groomer did an excellent job of trimming our cats nails and brushing him out. We plan to make this a monthly visit.

Employees were very rude to us and did not help at all. Try calling the other stores bit they could not have access to other stores. And tge management didnt care about a paying customer.

Went for lunch. The food was very good, the place was empty and the service great. We got lunch pricing which was nice.I am a meat and potato guy. Outback has been my go to steak house, but Longhorn is rapidly taking over. Their version of the blooming onion is not as good and the same for the bread. This being said, both were good.

Great, convenient place to shop for your animals. Have cats to adopt all the time. Nice variety of fish as well.

I go here once a month to get food and litter for my cat. The prices are competitive and they are well stocked in a variety of items except when the kitty litter goes on sale, then you might be out of luck. I also love to check out the kittens for adoption at the front of the store. Banfield Hospital is located in this store and the vets there are nice and very knowledgeable. Even the customers that go there are friendly. Just an overall great atmosphere! I recommend!

I’ve been bringing my pup here for grooming because they’re convenient and do a good job. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning. I’ve been assured for years my dog is normally well mannered during grooming, although he can be an extreme handful at pick up and drop off. When I picked him up today, I was told that he was “crazy” and vocal during the grooming. I was surprised to hear this, and said so, I figured he was having an off day. I was countered with unprofessional and rude comebacks which led to the groomer arguing with me about him. This is the second time they’ve forgotten to give him his bandana and cologne that I pay extra for and they did a poor job on his ear hair although the rest of him looks good.

Jessie does such a great job on our little Harley. She has such an attention to detail that is very hard to find in a groomer. Ive came here a few times and it has been fine. I havent taken my dog here for services at this location, however my wife had. She brought our dog to get her nails trimmed and there was a lady who was being really rude. She had stayed she couldnt take our dog because she hasnt been here before. Our dad is on the system if we have been to a different location. Not sure if she was being lazy or what. Regardless, she was rude to my wife. Take your dogs for services elsewhere. Just Google other locations and businesses.

The staff is amazing ..storw is clean... However. On several occasions we have come to get fish and they dont have what we are looking for.. and we are told they never know when the shipment is coming with fish ..

Your average store. It was after Christmas so it was somewhat depleted in inventory. We were able to find what we were looking for however. Cashier was a nice guy.

Came here to buy some fish. I ended up with 3 Dalmatian Mollies and 3 Danios. Many dead fish in the display aquariums. One of the Mollies looked sick the moment I put her in the tank.Many times Ive been to big box pet stores they have a fish guru but the Petsmart guru must have been on vacation or called in sick that week because the displays were not looking good. I will probably start going to a store dedicated and specialized to fish for future purchases.

Good selection but a ton of their food is expired or about to expire within the next .5-2 months have to be very careful

DO NOT buy fish here! We went in yesterday and tanks were all full of dead fish. Dead snails were floating across the top of the tank, decaying fish were in most of the tanks. There were more dead fish than living ones. The cashier just shrugged and said there was a day they scoop dead ones!

Dropped my dog off for an appointment watched another dog pee on the floor after I walked past several puddles to get to the place I was dropping my dog off there was also poop on the front door anyway I came back an hour and a 1/2 later to pick my dog up and the puddle that I watched get created by the counter was still there and the employees were stepping around it.My 70 something year old mother in law broke the heck out of her shoulder a few years back because of this type of negligence I hope they fix it before somebody else gets hurt unnecessarily

Warning FIN ROT. I got 2 sunrise guppies. After buying a Cory that died withing 3 days of bringing it home. When I went back they had a tank with baby Corydoras crawling all over dead ones. I think they were too small for the transport. The 2 guppies had finrot. Ones tail fell off the next day and by day 4 they were both dead and ones fins completely gone. I took them back and told them to treat their tank they still had the same guppies from the ones I got mine from and they all had fin rot. I tried to tell them but idk if they even knew what to do about it. Their farmers have gotten sloppy lately. Idk if the store is under new management or what? But I do NOT recommend buying fish there. And if you do make sure to quartine the fish for the 14 day refund period so you dont infect your other fish. I didnt have an empty tank at the time to quarantine the guppies when we got home so now i have to treat all my fish and tank to remove any fungus that may be in the tank from their gross fin rotted guppies

Don’t take your dog to get groomed here.... thought everything went fine with my dog’s visit (minus his nails being left jagged and too long) but when I later took him to the vet for a routine check up, he was shaking and nervous barely letting the vet touch him. He’s been to this vet since he was born and is used to it. Makes me think Petsmart hurt him or scared him somehow. Definitely will never be giving another penny to their grooming services.

Clean store, helpful employees. If youre looking at the aquatics, make sure to look at all the fish in the same tank before choosing fish. Today I saw a poor fish with white worm-like things erupting from its skin and one of its eyeballs. Seemed like hookworms/parasites.

Very friendly staff at banfield. They made sure that we understood everything about all the shots and the rabies tag and even how to switch niyas microchip information. Niya loved all the staff which made it very easy. So with that being said. I also purchased a Guinea pig for my son for Easter, everything was fine minus a little sneezing in which he never recovered from and sadly got worse and passed away around 12:30 this morning. My son is extremely heartbroken as this was one sweet little guy. Im so angry with being sold a sick Guinea pig. Aside from the vet... I will have nothing to do with any further animals at petsmart. P.s. I have 2 other Guinea pigs that are thriving so its nothing Im doing wrong. The other 2 are a yr and a half already.
