My wife and I stopped in after speaking about getting the new iPad. We walked in not knowing exactly which iPad we wanted for her. We were greeted by a man named Jordan Thompson! Let me start of by saying Jordan went above & beyond for us! He was extremely professional & a great person too do business with, Jordan explained the difference’s between the iPad Pro & iPad Air, he was realistic with what we needed it for and didn’t try too up sell us like normal people would do. He lead us too getting the iPad Air which after talking too Jordan we agreed that would work best for my wife. After finding out there was promotional deals we ended up with not only the new iPad Air, I also bought the new iPhone 12 Max for myself Along with another iPad Air. Jordan helped us set up all our devices and it was a simple process. He even went over out account and gave his option on out plan and we found out we didn’t need everything we original had which saved us money per month! Jordan if your reading this we appreciate your time & your great at what you do! Its time for a raise if I do say so myself sir!

Stopped in a couple months ago to get my wifes phone and iPad switched over to my plan. Rich helped us through the process with knowledge, ease, and communication. We got that all settled and he mentioned getting me in the queue for the new iPhone preorder. Stayed in constant contact with me for the 2 months leading up to the phone release, and then made the pickup and transfer super simple and quick. Great guy and very helpful!

Hi there just want to say that Thanks To Bill at Verizon I was able to get my phone back in order. And I had called Apple support and was on with Verizon Tech support the previous night for about 2hours? And I got where Apple support tried to scam me of $200 that they wanted to purchase a new Apple ID? Tech support answer was it’s on Apple side not Verizon and Bill in 10 minutes had up in running and still made time to go in the new cell to back up all my info from my previous cell. THIS IS CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS FINES AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION! Thanks Bill, I think your underpaid lol they need to give you a nice raise. Thanks Again GodBless

We have had cell phones going on 20 years. We have never, EVER, received the level of service and attention that we did from Billy! If I could put 6 stars I would. He was so extremely helpful, informative and caring. His knowledge of cell phones, billing and different platforms helped us make informed decisions and even save a couple bucks. He even followed up 3 weeks after our purchase to make sure we were happy and our bill came out to what we expected! This store should be extremely grateful they have Billy. He is a true asset to the company. Myself, my husband, mother, father and 4 kids ALWAYS be going to Billy for ALL of our needs moving forward. I was on vacation, down from the New England area. My cell phone was broken and they were unable to help me at home. When I arrived in North Carolina a buddy of mine referred to Kayla at this store. She went above and beyond in every way to get me a new cell phone, clearing all kinds of red tape to fix what they couldn’t do in Massachusetts. I even ended up buying a second cell phone for my mother for Mother’s Day. Kayla had it shipped to my home in Rhode Island, sent me back with a step by step print out of the upgrade process and walked me through the whole thing via text when it arrived. Kayla epitomizes everything a customer service rep should be and more. She listened to my complaints, solved all my problems, and sent me home with additional product! I called interested in the Foldz 2 and spoke to Andy. He talked to me about my phone trade-in options and looked through my account to make sure my plan worked for me. He ordered my phone and contacted me as soon as it arrived to the store.. We eventually met and he set up my brand new phone. He even called me a couple days after my purchase to see if I had any questions or concerns. I worked in customer service for over 20 years and this is a perfect example of exemplary customer service. I would highly recommend this location in Garner.

Highly recommend this place if you need to get a new phone with Verizon. I went in first thing Monday morning because my screen no longer worked. Steve got me a new phone right away, looked at the best price options for how much I wanted to pay monthly, and even was able to get me a trade-in credit to help with the cost. I didnt feel pressured into buying the flashiest phone on the market, I got exactly what I needed with the iPhone 11. Steve also helped me transfer everything over, and really had a solution for everything it seems! I am super satisfied with my care and I know I will return here in the future for all of my Verizon wireless needs.

Not sure what to put here. I ended up not getting the phone that I was looking for. Im not a samsung person. I had a Google pixel phone before. I then go over to the display with the Google phones then was told that they no longer support the pixel phones then why have a display with Google phones if not selling them. Im still not a happy customer. Andy Harder was somewhat of a help but the phone I have is still not what Im wanting. He knows that. Just because a case was found doesnt mean that I liked the phone. I said I wanted something similar to the Google pixel 4 and the phone I have now Is nothing no where similar. I probably will go to a Verizon store and not some Verizon off branch that the store looks like it is hiding in some kind of run down strip mall. Actually Mr Harder helped me out all he could. It was just thr store did not have what I was looking for. This review was not aimed at Mr. Harder either. He did a WONDERFUL job helping me. Great customer service!

Things started out great with this place and quickly went downhill where it counts; customer service when there is an issue. We switched from AT&T a few weeks ago and the initial interaction was pleasant. The sales rep in the store was friendly and helpful. We traded in two phones and an Apple Watch. It took a long time to get things switched over but we were patient. We ultimately left with two new phones and an Apple Watch (among other things); all of which we really liked. A few days later I log into my AT&T account since I still have internet with them and it still shows an active wireless account. I click the link and theres my Apple Watch still showing active with a $115 unlimited plan. Essentially the rep at Cellular Sales didnt port my old number for my watch over to Verizon. She gave my new watch a brand new number and took my old watch while it was still linked to an active account at AT&T. I eventually had to call AT&T myself to get the watch cancelled. Unfortunately, it was ONE DAY after my billing cycle ended and they are charging me for a full month for a watch that is in the possession of Verizon! Though I find it absurd that AT&T would charge me for a full month and not prorate the amount, after much research I discovered this is just how all the cell companies operate. Because the sales rep at Cellular Sales had been so pleasant when we switched over, we just knew they would be helpful again in helping resolve this matter. To our shock and disbelief we were completely wrong! We were told that 1) numbers for wearables dont port over, which later changed to they dont always port over. 2) When they dont port over it is not their responsibility to tell us the number didnt port over AND its not their responsibility to tell us that we need to follow-up to disconnect service with AT&T 3) It is on us to do our due diligence and make sure things are disconnected once we leave their store. We were completely FLOORED. What he essentially said was although we are trusting them to be professional experts, it is on the customer to follow behind them making sure they did things correctly that we dont even fully understand and if they do screw up, its on the customer to solve! This was some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life! It was the perfect example of hooking the customer in to make the sale and leaving them completely out to dry once the sale is complete. Ultimately the sales rep told us to call the real Verizon customer service to try to resolve this issue, which still remains unresolved at this point. With all that said, avoid this store and deal with the REAL Verizon corporate stores to start with.

My mom has been a customer of Verizon for 17 years and I have been with them since I got my first phone. We always dreaded going into a store because it takes forever and it seemed like everyone just wanted to sell us whatever they could. This store has become our new favorite because it’s so fast and amazing! Vincent Fabrizio helped us today and he was the fastest, most helpful person we’ve ever had! He saved us quite a lot of money and met every need and more that we came in with. I’d definitely recommend Vincent if you need help at Verizon on 70!!

Andy at this store is awesome. He was the first one that walked up to help me as soon as I walked in. He was of remendous assistance as I struggled to choose between features, pros/cons, etc. Andy called to check on how I liked my new phone not once, but twice.I needed to go back to have a tech issue resolved, and although there were other associates available to assist, I chose to wait until after Andy finished with another customer. Again, he was super helpful!

Almost three weeks ago, both my Mom and I went there to have my broken smartphone replaced. There was an older gentleman that was helping us out while, no one else was helping him out with the problems he was having with the program system. So, my Mom had to leave me at the Verizon store on HWY 70 in Garner. While he was helping me out by asking me if I know my pin number, so I did my best in providing the information I could. He was trying his very best in re-getting into the system but was unable too logged in. He went up to another person for help but, became very unsuccessful in getting into the system as well.Then, he asked one other guy that was walking out the door for some help but, the guy had said to him, Jesus, forget it!, right in front of me as a customer!!!! The person of whom had said that, his name is Chad!!!!!! He was very rude to the person that Andy, ( the older man) that was helping me out was asking for help from Chad!!!!!!Poor Andy had to call Core, just to get professional help so I can get a new smartphone! Core had said to him was NOT, to sell the phone too me for security reasons!!!!!! How low was that?! I needed a phone since I live alone and, if something happens to me I would not be able too contact anyone or anybody!!!!By the time my Mom had arrived back to the Verizon store, Andy had said that his hands were all tided up, and could not sell me the phone. Andy did his very best and it wasnt his fault either since, he felt very upset for both me, and my Mom too!Andy is a very nice employee but, I think he needs to be transferred to the Verizon kiosk at Best Buy in Garner. He would be way much happier there, and that where we got my new smartphone from there the very next day!Stay away from the Verizon Store on HWY 70, not a real good place to be for replacing a phone at all! GO TO THE VERIZON KIOSK AT BEST BUY IN GARNER!!!!!!!!

We went to this Verizon store on Black Friday to get a good deal on a new phone. We were able to be seen right away by one of the managers Kayla. Kayla worked quickly to find us what we were looking for with a great price tag. Kayla was able to get us out in time to continue our Black Friday shopping. We were dreading this day thinking it would be an all day affair, but it was quick and painless thanks to the wonderful staff! 10/10 best experience!

My mom needed a new phone and isnt sure how it all works. So I took her with me to this location. Opened the door and I was surprised by the sales mgr, Kayla working there. She helped me two years before when I got my phone. She is by the far the most outstanding sales person I have ever dealt with that was informative, helpful, courteous, and much more. She explained everything to my mom about her phone and how everything worked. I was eligible for an upgrade as well and thought why not get it done that same day with Kayla. So she did the same for me as well. I highly recommend if you are at Cellular Sales store in central NC, ask for Kayla. She is truly the best ever and will make your experience the best you will ever have in a retail business!!

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I upgraded my phone about 2 years ago. This location was the closest and most convenient store to me. I was assisted by Kayla. She’s flipping awesome. Cut to a month or so ago and I get a text from Kayla reminding me that she sold me my previous phone and asking if I’d be interested in preordering the new iPhone. I had literally just been looking into how to preorder a new phone so it was perfect timing. She helped me the entire way, answering any questions I had. She texted me updates and the day finally came when the new phone arrived. I met her at the store and she helped me get my new phone set up. There was a slight mix up on what time the phone was going to be ready (she travels to a few different stores in the area) but made sure I didn’t have to wait long for it while I was in the store. We had great conversation the entire time I waited for my phone to be delivered. We chatted about our dogs and showed off pictures. It was like she was one of besties. She helped me get a new case and even put the screen protector on it for me too! I was a little bummed because I had just broken the screen on my old phone and wasn’t going to be getting the most out of my trade in. She reminded me that I had insurance on my old phone and helped me make a claim so I could fix the screen and get the most for my trade in. She is a ROCKSTAR. Super friendly and sweet, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. Seriously, I’d you need any help with a new phone, go to this location and ask for Kayla. I promise you won’t be disappointed.

Would give one star if I could. Terrible service. Clearly these employees are trained to drain your pockets. I can’t come in the store to pay a bill without being harassed. And you can hear the employees whispering about getting a sale and their money. Beyond unprofessional. Come to find out this isn’t even a corporate location. Will never return. I called the store to ask for assistance with some lost contacts. I was told that even though they are a Verizon store that there would be a charge. When I asked if they were a Verizon store Miles hung up on me. I called back to see if I was just disconnected and asked for Miles and he hung up on me again. These guys are not interested in helping anyone unless they can sell you a phone. I will be reporting this to Verizon. We have 30 phones on a business account and we spend alot of money every month. If they don’t want to assist people they should just shut the doors. Maybe it’s time to switch to another cellphone company. Hanging up on customers that need help is not very good customer service. I hope that the manager or owner can get some employees that are not so rude.

I had an amazing experience with Verizon. Yesterday I called my local store to understand the process of opening a new account. Brad Cline answered and explained the process well. Brad was naturally gregarious and set the bar for Verizon hospitality high in that first conversation. Brad and I worked out an appointment today at my convenience and he actually drove from Durham to Garner to complete the process in a down home, personalized way. The process was smooth and he went above and beyond the entire while. Brad is very good at his job, he cares about customers, and has a brand-building personality. I will now be getting my whole family to join Verizon.

This has nothing to do with their service at all. My main issue is the fact that this IS NOT a Verizon store. PLEASE BEEARE. YOU ARE NOT GOING TO A VERIZON STORE BUT AM AUTHORIZED DEALER SO THIRD PARTY.I have had an issue with these people for over a year now. I got sold on their HUM devices. Got a great deal. Told the guy if it fits in my box trucks for my business I’ll buy 12 of them and so I did. Because the salesman reassured me it would fit.Well none of the devices fit what so ever. The ones for my company vans worked. But not for my box trucks which was what I mainly wanted to use them for. So I simply came to return the items and that was that. Until I received in mail a hill for $1,300 for cancellation fees. Which was some issue in their system. Because they are not a real VERIZON store they do not have the same capabilities so beware what you sign up for. It had been like I said a year and some change now. Still the issue has not been resolved. After several attempts. Talking to the sales person. Talking to several account people and even the manager. All made promises and never resolved my account balance. I have never spent so much time resolving something like this in my entire life. The time I spent keeping up with this is just ridiculous. I was reeled in and then they could not keep their promises.Worst, absolute worst experience I have ever had with Verizon. I hate to blame them but they are the ones that approve them to handle accounts and it is just not right when they cannot keep up their part of the bargain.Be careful. Go to an actual store not AN Authorized dealer.

Dont go there!! Purchased a Active 2 watch, was never properly activated, took it back twice, was told to call support and ask for tier 2 support, spent a total of 7.5 hours with tech support never got watch connected. When I had enough run around and returned watch, I was charged 50. For a scratch on a watch that I only wore for less than an hour. I was promised that I would be credit and that a general manager and the store manager would call me, no one has!!! I have never been so badly mistreated by a company that I have done business with more than 10 years. Dont water your time..

I just wanted to write up a review for Marcus Blount. I went into Verizon because my pixel 3 would not charge/turn on, and instead of trying to upsale me or convince me to buy a new phone, he was friendly, efficient, and assisted me in other ways I cant honestly say other Verizon sales associates have. He gave me viable options and didnt make me feel like I was doomed to buy a new phone. I just really appreciated his service and authenticity. Thank you so much.

Bought a phone through another Verizon retail outlet at a big box store, trying to save a few bucks and wish I had bought it here. Even though we didnt get the phone through them, Myles and Anthony were extremely helpful, professional and got us set up. The folks here know and understand their products and services. We spent 2 hours at the other place only to end up with a phone that was not set up and many questions of what status our account was in. A brief trip here and they had us straight. You may save a few buck elsewhere, but it wont be worth the time and hassle.

Im a long time Verizon Wireless customer. Their superior network, sales, and service have kept me satisfied and loyal. I purchased a new phone and was a little hesitant on the ins and outs of transferring all my data from my old phone.
