Great CX moment from an Equipment Rental company…...? YES. I called for a basic inquiry and a gentleman asked me about the details of my project, frequency, and safety measures we are taking. I could tell this man was genuine and curious about knowing what I’m doing day to day with heavy equipment. It was clear to me that his intent was not to sell, but to help. Great people like this should never go unnoticed. You hired a rockstar, Sunbelt Rentals. Does it get better? YES. Sunbelt Rentals hired a HAPPY ROCKSTAR!

Equipment exceptionally well maintained. Never had a maintenance or availability issue using Sunbelt. Friendly and professional staff.

Great place to rent or buy equipment

Great deals, very friendly and helpful. I had to go an hour away to pick up my tow behind auger because it was a short notice rental, but was able to return locally.

Do not rent from sunbelt. I rented a lift one day and agreent to a price then was hit with delivery and pickup charges that they CLEARLY did not notify me up front about and give me a firm quote. Then, to make matters worse, the location I was working rented the EXACT LIFT right down to the number on the lift, and was charged hundreds less. When I called to complain, all I got was a our rates vary day to day depending on availability and demand answer. I paid but will never do business with Sunbelt again. And no one else should either. UPDATE- I tried them one more time. I called for a quote for a 1 day rental and asked are there any other charges. The total verbal quote was $300 all included. The bill came today for $421.60. If this company has had any morals they lost them ages ago. NEVER AGAIN!

Do not rent small equipment from this location. I reserved equipment for my work day, when I arrived they did not stock the components needed for the machine to work. I was told to buy the components and would be compensated. After the equipment failed, they comped me the rental but told me wasnt fair for them to pay for the components they did not have and told me to buy. Lost a load of money dealing with this. An entire day gone. I will stick with Herc.

If you rent from this place, understand that they are not upfront with the total price and they charge everyone different prices at their whim for the same rental. They are not upfront and do not recommend them.
