I had my septic pumped 8 months ago by a different, local company and started having issues 6 months later. I called Stallings Septic to come check out my issues and found out that the last local company didnt empty my second tank or clean out my screens, therefore, nothing was going out to the leach field and it filled back up in that short amount of time. Stallings cleaned out both tanks and installed new screens and now everything is fixed. I will not name what company screwed me over but I will say who you can trust and that is Stallings Septic!!

Technician came out, got the job done,gave us some preventive maintenance tips, and didnt try to upsell services we didnt need. Highly recommend these guys!

From the first Call; through their efficient, and informative service, these guys were great; both on the phone and in person they took the time to describe the process, and provide educational/informational insight into the process. I highly recommend Stallings. While there are somewhat cheaper places, I didnt feel like I was paying a significant premium for the awesome customer service we received. They also were very upfront about pricing, and what the base rates where and all the things that could potentially raise it. Other places I called just gave a base rate, and didnt even mention there were many situations where it would cost more.

I called to set up an appointment and spoke with Beverly. She was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. We set up the appointment for 3:00pm and she provided a timeframe in which they would arrive in case not exactly at 3 pm in which I appreciated. The day of my service, I received a call confirming the appointment from Carolyn and then right before my scheduled appointment, I received a call from the Danny informing me that he was on his way. This is what I call GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, by not just one person, but everyone that contacted me. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company. This was a total different experience from what I had with A-1 Septic Services who did none of the things mentioned above. I had to call them after waiting 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment time and not getting any form of courteous call of confirming the appointment or informing me they were going to be late or on their way....nothing. If you want great customer service and great septic cleaning maintenance service, then only call Stallings Septic Service. Danny was very nice and professional, he even went the extra mile in cleaning out the debris from the overflow tank and waived what would have been an extra cost for me. I happily tipped him nicely. At first they were what seemed to be a good choice. However while they were here they broke two tank lids. I understand it was not intentional. However that was on June 14th 2016 and that day they said they would order and deliver and install new ones. I would have to pay for the lids. Thats fine but here it is now over a month and still NO lids and NO communication from the company. I have called them twice and have been patient with them about this but enough is enough. Their excuse is the company they get the lids from is to far and they havent delivered to this area yet and if I want them sooner that I need to call them and have them delivered. WHAT??? Where is the customer service that was promised. They create the issue, make a promise to fix it and now they are trying to wash their hands with the whole thing. Bad customer service in my eyes. Would NEVER use again and would NEVER recommend to any one if this is their standards for customer service!!!!!.. The right thing to have been done besides the communication in regards to the status of the lids would have been to drive to that company pick them up and do what was promised deliver and install them. And all of this would have been done and they might have kept a customer...

Rude and unnecessary comments made when we received invoice. Beverly Crumpler called our system ‘trashed’...what was the purpose of that?? Very unprofessional and that was why we called them to begin with. As first time home owners, we were unaware of the maintenance a septic system required and did what was necessary when we became aware. The only reason they get 2 stars instead of one was the fact that the folks we made the appointment with were polite and helpful. They got the job done, but wouldn’t recommend.

Today I had my first experience with a septic tank issue. I was absolutely terrified of the cost and hassle of having to service my tank. I called Stallings office and was greeted by a very kind and compassionate person. She spent at least 10 minutes on the phone with me explaining the issues that could occur with a septic tank and the prices of such outcomes. This was the fist moment of relief. The prices were not nearly as high as I thought it would be. She continued to explain the process I would experience if I were to chose them. Throughout the entire conversation she was very empathetic and calming. I really wish I hadnt forgotten her name so I could thank her. I believe it started with a B like Betty.To my surprise they were able to fit me in on the same day. It only took about 3 hours for their truck to be in my drive way after speaking to them. The technician Dave was nothing short of amazing. We had no idea where the tank was but he was able to make short work of the search. He provided some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. He was courteous, answered all of our questions (as stupid as some may have been), and instructed us on how to prevent future problems. In summary, I am Extremely happy with my entire experience and the 2 stallings employees I felt with turned a stress filled, stinky situation in to a very pleasurable one.

Highly questionable practice. Claimed our tank was full of trash and charged us more than quoted and then became defensive and argued when questioned about his claims. I think they use this tactic to force you to pay more. Find someone else to pump septic tank.
