Tammy is the absolute best here! She’s the only one I will allow to cut my hair. Many stylists claim they know how to cut a flat top…. Most get close. However, Tammy knocks it out of the park! I’ve been approached by other stylists in public asking who and where did I cut my hair cut because of the great job they did. Thank you Tammy!

Angela was great! Recently moved into the area and found Lady Janes in Garner. Was lucky enough to get Angela who was not only able to fix my previous (poor) haircut, also give me a great cut. The store was clean and stack was friendly, glad to have found my go to place so quickly!

PROs:The atmosphere and little details like TVs at every chair make you feel like a king/VIP while getting a cut or even waiting in the lobbys comfort chairs.Being able to choose your female barber allows for patrons to feel in control of their experience and get a spot in line for their favorites.The Barbers love to chat and have plenty of stories.There was a surprising amount of options besides just a cut to choose from that allowed me to pick exactly what I needed done and had time for.Open later than all the other shops which close just before my day is done.CONs:Where the atmosphere made me feel like a king, the actual HairCut made me feel robbed of my crown with how uneven and rough it was.Usually I feel like my head is a canvas being cut by an artist of a barber, but it feels like a lawn being mowed here; One moment the hair was there, the next it was gone and I was given a fade which was noticeably uneven.The barber kindly offered to even up the cut since I noticed and brought it up after looking in the mirror but it was already a very high fade cut on the uneven side.The cost is much higher than in an average shop but you are paying for luxuries you wont find there.

So, I have been here three times now and each time has been a success! Thanks to Covid and some shoddy business decisions, my last hair cutter was closed permanently and I was left trying to find someplace to fill that void. I decided to give LJH a try and have had nothing but great cuts. Hopefully this trend will continue!!

I was with my son when he went to get a haircut at your shop. Sheila was his stylist, and she did a great job! She went above and beyond to give him the exact cut he was looking for. She showed him how to style it and even pampered him with a few extras. He was very happy. She is great, and he will definitely be going back to see her.

Sheila is awesome! I am very particular about my hair. I was with the same stylist when I lived in Cary for 8 years. When my wife and I moved to Garner about three years ago, I tried to keep up that relationship but driving all the way over to Cary for a haircut became pretty inconvenient. On a whim, I stopped in at Lady Janes Garner location. Being new to the location, I chose to take the first available chair. I got a pretty good haircut, the stylist was friendly, and I was in and out pretty quickly. About the third or fourth time I went in to Lady Janes, I got Sheila as a stylist and she did an amazing job cutting my hair exactly as I like it. Not only that, but she was very friendly and we hit it off right away. Sheila has been the only stylist to touch my hair for about a year and a half now. I always enjoy my chats with her, and her haircuts are always spot on! She even happily volunteered to do my 18 month old sons very first haircut! Not a lot of stylists are able or willing to cut a very small childs hair, especially when they have never sat for a haircut before. However, Sheila was more than happy to do it, was extremely accommodating for my wife and sons first visit to Lady Janes, saved my sons first haircut clippings for us to take home, and most importantly Kane (my son) had a really great experience. Kane and I will go to Sheila at Lady Janes Garner as long as shell have us. 5 stars every time!

Since Ive moved here to the area Lady Janes has been my go to spot for a haircut. Everyone working there is very friendly and do a great job with your hair. The wait times are usually very short and the waiting area has comfortable chairs to sit back and relax in. There are TVs all over the place showcasing all the different ESPN channels if youre into sports.

Got my haircut for the first time here today and was seen after only 2 minutes. Sheila did my hair and I have nothing but great things to say about my experience. Awesome haircut and fast service. 4 stylists were already taken and I walked in and there was a free stylist. The stylist listened to my directions and did a great job on my fade and blending. I have oddly think hair on the sides and she blended it well with the hair on top. It looks great! The neck shave was nice. AND the price was only $15.

My husband is very finicky about his hair. He has had the same hairstylist for years (15+) and is very skeptical about going to anyone else if she wasn’t available (illness). I didnt have an appointment and came in towards the end of the day, and they were pretty busy, but they were still able to get me started in less than a minute, and not only were they incredibly nice and quick, but it was without a doubt the best haircut and beard trim Ive ever had! Tammy is just amazing and I would definitely recommend her! I will definitely be coming back every time I need my hair cut from now on!!!

Travel a lot for work, and happened to be in the garner area for my sales run, and have always had a great experience at the other Lady Janes so i figured Id give this one a shot. The excellent customer service and experienced hair stylist have always treated me right. Highly recommend trying them out for your next haircut.

Great experience! I plan on having Angela cut my hair for the foreseeable future. Not only was she very talented and efficient, but extremely nice and personable too. I think she could tell I was the quiet type, but didnt force conversation like some stylists tend to do, which I very much appreciated. Overall, no complaints. I will be coming back here.

Staff is nice enough. Atmosphere is fine. It is geared towards men (surprise, surprise). The problem I have is after going to Lady Janes twice, I have been underwhelmed with my haircut. To be fair, I am not very good about describing hair styles, but other shops have done just fine.

I go here every 2 weeks. Much better than sportclips across the highway.

Best damn haircut and beard trim I have had in a long time. I was a walk-in and they wasted no time getting me into a seat. Satina did a fantastic job cutting my hair, blending my beard and giving me a fantastic massage. I definitely have found a place to get my haircut, no more searching for me!!

I always come here for my haircuts. By far the best haircut experiences Ive ever has. Super comfy leather chairs while you wait and flatscreen TVs everywhere. My hair is always cut perfectly and I love the shampoo they use.

I would highly recommend this place to a friend who I wanted to walk around looking like an idiot until they could find a competent barber shop. Thank god I can wear a hat to work otherwise I would probably just call in sick. The only reason its worthy of a one star rating is because the wait time was relatively short and the barber was nice but didnt feel the need to keep a conversation going the ENTIRE time.....however being nice doesnt amount to being a good barber. No chance in hell I return back.

$15 for an adult haircut. They can do the massage and shampoo if you like. Customers get cycled through pretty fast, so dont expect to wait too long with a full waiting room.

If you want a proper haircut go to a traditional barber shop. This place is full of women that gossip the entire time and take 30 minutes to do a simple haircut. I ask for a trim and I walk out with what looks like a buzz cut. Very disappointed!

Went in today and was greeted by everyone then the lady came and sat down behind the counter and didnt say a word had to figure out how to check in, this was my first time in there. So got checked in and stylist called me back quickly she was friendly and talkative at first until I didnt want anything but a haircut then she made a comment to another stylist about how I only wanted one service and then was just kinda going through the motions to finish. When it came time to pay the stylist was basically hovering over me while telling me I can leave a tip a few times. Will go back to my regular place where the stylist knows me dont get mad if I only want a cut and its cheaper.

The person that cut my hair was a smoker. Thats not an issue. Not washing your hands, and cutting my hair with ashtray hands IS an issue! Told me she was going to the back for a minute, came back with a stronger cigarette hand smell. Not cool!First and last visit.

Only place I get my haircut. Misty is my normal hair stylist but I have had 3 others cut my hair as well, all with across the board consistancy! They pay close attention to detail (more so than Great Clips and Sports Clips where you are more of a number and not a guy needing the right cut) and they spend the time with their clients.
