My experience here has been a good one. I came in hopes of finding a rental, the staff member I worked with was professional, helpful, friendly and informative. The property was well maintained quiet. You will not find a better priced apartment.

Kim has been the most helpful assistant in office during my entire living experience at westchester. She works w/ quickness and efficiency and ensures that I am completely satisfied!

We have truly, honestly hated living here. It has been the worst apartment experience we have ever had. Our first 6 months from move in date up until June, we, as well as all of our neighbors were infested with german roaches. We had to call MULTIPLE times and complain over and over to have anyone come out. They claim to have pest control come every 2 weeks, yet when we were in quarantine after testing positive for Covid ( for 2 weeks ) pest control never once knocked on our door. Our bathroom has, and has had mold for months. Which they once “fixed” but actually did nothing about because it grew back in a week. Peeling paint on the walls since day one. Poorly managed, even after getting new management. I have many, many pictures to prove the roach issue but I chose to solely include this one as it came crawling out of our shower drain tonight as my boyfriend was showering. ( Also our shower drain gets clogged every 2 weeks even after they have supposedly “fixed” the issue. We pay nearly $1000 a month for this place. It is honestly upsetting that THIS is the quality we get for $1000/mo ( including utilities ) when there are no amenities at all. They haven’t even opened the pool for the year and are not planning to. 90% of the time most of the washers and dryers in the on site laundromat are broke down. Also has never been cleaned. We cannot wait for our lease to be up, I do not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. If you can afford it, move next door to the Flats on 7th. They are well worth the money.

I have been a resident since 2008. When the new owner took over, this complex has constantly gone downhill in cleanliness, overall morale and in management. If the office is open, the staff is indifferent to issues you are having and never resolves anything. They are more interested in events.

Office staff is rude and very angry. Dont move here. Unclean, bugs....

If you like tubs that dont drain, cockroaches in your cabinets and fire antsall around your door then this is the place for you.

I currently live here and I personally love it here. The staff is great and very kind and understanding. Will probably continue staying here for a long time.

Hello, I am a single mother of 2 and recently visit one of your properties in garner North Carolina Westchester Apartments. My application was denied, however for reasons not listed on the application. I spent $100 for fees that I can not recover simply bc I was not fully informed and I asked a lot of questions! PLEASE PUT THINGS IN WRITING!! For people who can’t afford to just pay app fees just to be denied. The property manager assured me she gave me all the information at the time of my visit, but goes on to say she talks to at 30 people a day. Could she have made a mistake and forgot to State conditions that would automatically get your application denied? She could and she did. I’m just upset and broken hearted about the matter because I’m out of that money! Again PUT THINGS IN WRITING! For those looking for apartments ask them the questions and make sure you know what would deny your application.

Great location. Very nice, comfortable and safe. Apartment was amazing! Over the top customer service! Onsite/Front office staff makes you feel like part of the family! Get an apartment here if you have the chance. I know they fill up fast.

So far its been comfortable! Even the staff make it feel like home!
