I have a friend that is currently at one of the houses. They have been the least helpful and making her life a living HELL living there. She is currently sick and has been chewed out by staff after several attempts to call to schedule (no one answers and gets transferred to the plano location and also no answer) to go get her own food from the fridge and despite her pleads to feed her child! Staff is going unsupervised yelling at members at the house. What in the hell is going on?? I need answers soon before I report this whole organization to attorneys and News outlets.

Counseling place. Very nice staff. They are always willing to help and have the best attitude. They also have very nice details for the people that takes counseling with them.

No one answered the door by appointment only Ive called a number of times but I keep getting the run around according to their answering service agent Im to call back every day to see if they have availability.

Non profit domestic violence organization that has literally change our lives. When we lost all hope they help us with Legal Aide and safe Counceling from abuser and showed up for court dates. Love them :))

This place sucks they dont help you the staff steals food and the lady running the place knows all this and does nothing. Theyve exited mothers with kids over chores they werent assigned to the case workers slack off and one even told me they dont get paid enough to baby sit us ? Really? This place keeps you sick I had pneumonia last week from here and almost died SHUT THIS DOWN I have witnesses
