Anna knows how to cut my childs hair, and he only lets her use water and scissors its difficult and she is patient with him. He throws all the hair off one hair at a time. Pat is also good with him and my other son, he always gets a shampoo. Its not easy cutting small children hair.

Great haircuts and there isnt a need to wait in line with the online check-in system. This store has always been very clean but the staff has stepped it up even more with their sanitation practices between customers.

Took my child here and Liz did his hair. -0/10 recommend. Completely chopped all of his hair off when the top was supposed to be long and the sides short. I could have done a better job at home and I’ve never cut hair in my life. He’s had the same hairstyle for 5 years now and never has someone done such a horrendous job. Liz, please go back to school. and for anyone reading this - I wouldn’t trust this lady 10 feet from me or my son with a pair of clippers.

Im a middle age female and wear my hair short. Arrived in a panic over how to fix the mess of a very bad previous hairstyle. Cynthia did a fantastic corrective haircut! She was patient, did a wonderful initial consultation on what I was trying to achieve, made great suggestions and took her time making sure I was pleased with the outcome!

Most always quick in and out and Pam did an awesome job. I went back the next day to pick up gel and the staff took great care of me. Ill be back.

This is a great place to go for a good haircut and beard trim. The staff has been very friendly each time Ive gone and they actually listen to what you want and then follow through with it.

Love this place. Its centered around guys, but not in a gratuitous way. You can absolutely bring your sons or grandfather here. I wasnt sure what to expect the first time, but Ive been going back for years now. I wouldnt go anywhere else. The massaging shampoo and hot towel are very relaxing.

Came in to see mis.pam, like always great service! Great atmosphere! Even with all this stuff going on, my wait was short . I like how they kept everything clean and made sure everyone had a mask on ! Which honestly didn’t affect my cut at . It only affected my conversations with my stylist lol . First time ever at Sports Clips on Saturday 9/14 and it’s the last time going there. I was asked to leave do to my toddler being fuzzy....I came in to get my 2 boys a haircut, one of them is 3yrs old and he gets fuzzy when getting a haircut. Well it was our turn and I’m sitting with my little one, trying to hold him to get him his haircut. Yes, he was being too fuzzy and one of the girls that works there asked us to leave because quote in quote, 2 other people had left due to my son’s tantrum. The worker said “I understand but it’s better if you come back later”, I honestly don’t know what she meant by “I understand”. If she understands, well then she should know that it’s kinda hard to get a toddler to listen but he still deserves to get a haircut. So they should really put up a sign saying that toddler haircuts are not available, that way one can save their time and take their kids some place else. Rude!!

Pam always cuts my hair to satisfaction. We talk and have fun while she has little to work with. But it is a joy seeing her smile.

I usually dont like the cut I get from sports clips. But Jennifer at this location did a amazing job. She took the time to make sure I liked what I was getting and was able to give me good advice about how to style my hair.

My son is 18 and it was his first time there. He is in the jr ROTC airforce and needed the fade cut. Since it was his first time, he got the MVP treatment. He looked top knotch and we WILL BE BACK!!! THANK YOU!!!!!

They can not cut black hair. I took my sons there for a cut one of my sons have a mohawk and the other just has hair on the top liz and dani were the only ones there and although I appreciate them for taking us they cant cut African American hair liz cut my son hair with the hair on top made it lining too far back and didnt fade him nor lines him up all around dani had my other son and didnt cut low on his sides plus lined him up in the back but wasnt going to do the front until I said something. Sports are diverse black, white Asian for that matter but sport clips arent never going back again. I have learned my lesson on taking my kids to new barbers stick with the ones I know are good. I almost cried but kept it together my kids heads are a mess and picture day is tomorrow.

I have been going to this location for over a year. I currently have a desired stylist (Marisol) that cuts my hair the majority of the time. When she is not available, any of the others cut my hair just fine. A little high on the price compared to some other places, but I really enjoy the service.

The cut me all the way across the bottom of my hairline. I didnt realize because it felt like when I cut myself shaving. Minor overall... But when I go home my wife took a picture of it and show me. . . Very visible. No way that they were not aware.... Yet NO comment from them... No remorse... No apologies... Service from the actual staff is bringing me back after an initial hiccup with the computer system. I get the MVP with a beard trim, shampoo, and shoulder massage. They have done a good job with all those and the stylists tend to be more knowledgeable than those at other chains for similar prices. I think they could ease off a bit on the RAWR MEN AND SPORTS AND TRUCKS decor though.
