Theyre very knowledgeable! They had reasonable pricing and they offer to pick up and drop off the instrument at your childs school! Definitely a HUGE bonus! The staff is super nice! If its your first time out there, be aware that its a small building off to the side of a residential house.

My daughters clarinet wasnt playing right. At first I took it to another music store, only 3 miles from OBI. They would have charged me a lot for the needed repairs, but recommended a total repad at over double that price.Luckily I took the instrument to OBI. The owner got back to me quickly with the estimate for the repair, which was half the price of the other store. I was also looking for a better mouthpiece. He had a used one available at a huge discount over a new one.The instrument plays beautifully now. I saved a lot of money. The service was quick and professional. I will go to OBI first for any repairs on our band instruments.

We have had OBI re-pad/rebuild my wifes HS flute and another Alto Saxophone. Have also had other band directors recommend OBI. OBI is the best for great work, great customer service, and always reliable. Thanks for serving our community with honesty and integrity!

My son dropped his trumpet during marching band season so we needed repairs and a loaner to use while it was here. They promised less than a week and gave him a loaner. Very helpful and friendly.

Our son had dropped his clarinet and broken his mouthpiece. We had a maintainenance agreement with OBI and were behind because our card information had been stolen and the bank had cancelled our card. However, we had paid the last months installment. I spoke with the co-owner and she was rude but said they would get a mouthpiece to the school the day after next. I told my son the mouthpiece would be delivered and we went about a busy day. The next day, I get an email from the co-owner saying she wont deliver the mouthpiece. So, my son was unexpectedly left without a mouthpiece right before a big performance. The co-owner was rude, lied on multiple occasions, and refused to honor the maintenance agreement. We have found a different instrument provider that prides itself on its maintenance agreements. We will never use OBI again and would never recommend them to anyone.
