Excellent appointment with Dr. B. Was escorted in and filled out required forms before a brief wait to see the doctor.He came in to where I was waiting and it was obvious he had studied my files as he knew when and where my next appointment was and even gave me suggestions as to what to ask them. I have an upcoming appointment with the urology clinic in the West LA hospital on August 11th and now have some question to ask them during the appointment.The doctor also discussed future plans for appointments depending on what transpires from my urology visit. All in all, this appointment was excellent.

I love the nurses and Dr. B is the greatest. He really cares about getting me the best care and or making sure I have everything I need.
They dont even answer the phone. They just throw us directly on hold and keep us there for 45 minutes. Theres 0 accountability here.
Between adrian and the old doc Monique Willis and now add Jessica to the list. They put you on hold for over 5 minutes then I hang up and call back same old way. Willis and adrian told me every time I called to call west la patient experience office to make appt. have over 100 emails I sent ask appointment that we’re ifnored. Dr B and the nursing staff and the PA are great once you get past the rude staff in the front

I am a U.S Navy Veteran and I have been receiving care with the Gardena CBOC VA since 2003, and I must say the staff and employees are fantastic. I am treated very eell, all of my needs and concerns are addressed in a professional and tomely manner. I have and continue to encourage veterans who live in the south bay area Long Beach, Torrance, Carson and Gardena to take advantage of the CBOC VA.
Wish I could get a good number to actually make an appointment. The phone number listed is to a line that only rings with no ability to leave a voicemail. Cant even get on a list to wait. Shameful...
The new VA of Gardena is such a vast improvement from the old facility they once used. Today not only did I receive quick service from the doctor, but I received great customer service from the ladies at the front ... Which isnt normal.
