Great experience with this location on our recent work trip. We booked the truck two weeks in advance. Arrived and the staff was accommodating and friendly. The truck we had was your typical F350 work truck which was more than enough to tow our trailer and crew out to Johnson Valley flats.DO NOTE! They DO NOT OFFER after hours drop-off at this location.

These guys are quick & easy. Trucks are clean & reliable. Pricing could be better sometimes, but not as bad as others. Wish they would include some mileage.I like the range of vehicles they have to offer.

Outstanding experience. Great selection. One of the largest Enterprise Truck rental location. This franchisee was extremely friendly, service was excellent and very professional. Trucks were all very clean inside out. Nothing like the typical Uhaul or Penske. Definitely recommend this location

We just rented a Transit 250 Cargo Van it was so easy. Joe was able to reserve for us he got us the exact vehicle we needed. Ashley did our contract, she is so sweet. They made it so simple. Would give them 10 stars if we could.

The company I work for uses their trucks on a daily basis. Theyre always friendly and have reasonable prices. Trucks are in great condition.

Take the time to carefully inspect the vehicle! Small dents can be hard to see and it cost us.Picked up a truck Saturday morning when they first opened. The employee pulled the truck up by the front door. We did a quick inspection of the truck with the employee and saw no visible damage. Drove the truck less than 30 miles, never left our sight, returned it in less than 2 hours. When we returned the truck we parked in shade and that is when the new employee (the one we picked the truck up from had left) noticed a small dent on the driver door. We couldnt believe it! It just must not have been as easy to see in direct sunlight. We were told a manager would call us about the damages so we could plead our case before they charged us. A few days later we get charged roughly twice what the bill should have been without any phone call, negotiation, or explanation.

We needed a truck last weekend. Branch was organized, got us the perfect truck, a Ford cutaway. Truck was clean and in good shape. Return was super easy. Terrific service!!!!

Bad experience, be warned! I rented a van 6 weeks before a trip, as i had done from this location two times in the past. I was supposed to pick it up at 10am on a Saturday, 4pm on Friday (day before) they called and said the van was no longer available, they rented it to a preferred client - what??? They claimed they could probably get me one on Monday, but no promise - i had to be to Nor Cal with the van on Monday, was not going to work. Unfortunately, i can no longer use these guys, i just cant plan a trip with logistics and not be sure they will have an available vehicle, really disappointing and put me out for a few hundred extra bucks last minute.

I made a reservation & when i get there its never available, whats the point of reserving a vehicle days in advance just to here, maybe tomorrow, i reserved because i needed the truck that day not next week, wish there was a 0 stars available
