During the install, he ran into some problems with the layout of our office which caused him several hours of extra work. He never complained and never pushed us for more money. The job was done to beyond my expectations. Later on when we ran into some problems with the phones, he happily came out and fixed the problems, even though this was not part of the negotiated price.
