My parents and I have been going to this dentist for over 5 years. I got my braces here and appreciated the care I received over the two years and how my teeth came out. My parents are Spanish speakers and they always have someone to communicate with them when needed. The receptionist and assistants are always very kind and pleasant to talk with.

My husband and I have been coming to this office for years. We drive all the way from the Inland Empire. Great Customer Service. Fair. New dentist very knowledgeable. Nelson is the Best. Front desk staff calls to check on you after each visit.

I decided to make a change with my dental office after 10 years, came across with South Bay dentistry and orthodontist referred by a family member that works there (Irma), not only can I THANK her enough for this change but I feel extremely content and amazed with Dentist with his work/experience ethic. Gentle men Rafa (THANK YOU) for your help !! AMAZINGLY satisfied and happy! Quality vs quantity, I will choose quality 100% percent he delivers quality and prices are very accommodating. Receptionist Hazel very nice girl, customer service at its finest and she will go above an beyond to accommodate you and so does the other receptionist as well. Favorite part of this experience in this office was meeting hygienist that takes care ofYour cleaning (Tati) beautiful spirit, I felt comfortable she explained throughly what she was doing and shared some tips on how to care for my teeth. Been coming here for a few years and recently came back and the staff here is always friendly and welcoming... I usually get anxiety because of my previous experience else where when I was a teenager but here Socorro the assistant and Dr. Fayngor talk me through it and help me relax and put me at ease. Yasamin at the front desk always greets me with her friendly personality. There friendliness is one of the reasons I came back and am happy to recommend when asked where I go for dental services. I love that I can get everything done here from dentistry to orthodontics.

South Bay Dentistry & Orthodontics is my absolute favorite! The girls at the front desk are so friendly, they even know their patients by name, I’ve been coming here for a couple years now and every time I come I feel very welcome and comfortable. This place doesn’t give you that scary feeling of being at a dentist and that’s probably because of the amazing staff. I’ve not once ever had a bad experience here. I’ve recommended this place to a couple family members and they all love it as much as I do. Not to mention this place is very clean and really nice.

Best experience at a dental office I’ve ever had! From the moment I walked in I was greeted by the girls in the front desk they are so nice, i waited less then 10 min in the waiting room considering it was my first time there. The office is also very clean the girls are constantly disinfecting from the waiting room to the back of the office (very important) The whole staff are so amazing and friendly. Not once did I feel like I was being judged( the main reason why I left my last dentist . Unprofessional!!!) the doctor is so optimistic, he told me the breakdown of what he was going to do to me. He Explained other options that I had and why the one we chose was the best for me. The prices are unbelievable, I’ve been wanting to fix my teeth for a while but it was to expensive. I was in shock when they told me what I was going to pay . The payment plans are amazing. Overall this place is great, I am so happy I found this place. I’ve been to many different dental offices and and I think I found the one I’m very comfortable with. The girls in the front always make me feel welcome. They have great experience, they make everyone feel extra comfortable. They people in the back take extra care of you. The doctor is really nice and chill back. The office is always in order and service is quick. I’m very pleased here, and I’m planning on staying here. I drive an hour to this dentist but it’s worth it. I always go home satisfied ☺️ The wait is not as long as always other dentist. They work with you all the time that’s what I love about them. Great group of people, Starting with the girls at the front desk, they are all very polite and welcoming, had me in a Relaxed mind state before I even got to the back.. The actual dentist and his assistant are the Bomb, He doesn’t talk much but he has really strong hands and you barely feel anything when he’s working, the assistant does her job by keeping you relaxed talking to you about whatever... to make a long story short I haven’t been to the dentist in over a decade, but from coming here now I am a advocate for this place..

This office is like home to me! I have been coming to this office for 4 years—since I was 16. It has been extremely pleasant. The staff is very kind—from the ladies at the front desk, to the dental assistants, to the doctors themself. They made my braces journey a breeze and very understandable, along with any other dental visits that I had. Everyone in this office works very efficiently to ensure that each and every patient leaves with nothing less but a smile.

They have provided me with one of my best experiences at the dentist in a long time. I was welcomed and made to feel at home the moment I stepped through the door by the lovely two women at the front desk. You don’t wait long for your name to be called and the dental assistants at this place are the nicest and one of them talked to me through the whole procedure of getting my mouth ready for my implant. I was initially scared because of my implant procedure but the dentist assistant and the Endodontist who worked on my mouth actually talked me through what they were doing and made me feel at ease. The young woman in the front are also the sweetest and are always so accommodating with the appointments and allow you to be super flexible with when and what time you come In for your appointment. I’m definitely going to start recommending this place to my friends and family.

This dentist is one of the best, during the pandemic they have taken matters into their own hands and have strived for the care of their patients by cleaning equipment after use and minimizing the patients in the waiting room. The girls are so nice especially Ivonne who is always willing to help and is very kind when you have questions towards retainers and braces.

If I could give minus stars i would. This dentist replaced Dr. Gould who was fabulous! This one Took care of my 87 year old mom in a shameful way. First, she heard him admit that he really needed money for his bills. He came and told her she had 4 cavities, and he would work on one of them that day. She heard him murmer that this would be the one he made a root canal. He then started on one of her front bottom teeth and drilled deeper and deeper, and finally said, This will have to be a root canal. He then continued on drilling. Now this might take an hour or more, but he had Mom sitting in that chair for FOUR HOURS! By then she was in so much pain from her legs and back. She cant even go to movies because 2 hours is too much for her. She asked the nurse why he kept doing a bit and then leaving and the nurse said he had a lot of patients.He said he couldnt finish it that day and she would have to come back. He then announced he would only charge her $5000 dollars for the root canal and 800 for a cap on it. He was rather chest fallen when she said she could not afford that much.She paid for the office visit and the ex rays.When she found another dentist, he said she didnt have any cavities at all and now she wonders if the cheat just invented the first one too. A root canal will cost 1200 plus 300 for a cap. And she wouldnt even have needed it at all!! Do not have him do anything to your teeth without showing you the problem on your ex rays and he must give a full account of what it will cost BEFORE he does the deed.

I went to Southbay dentistry and orthodontics for my braces. I had a few cavities. The doctor told me I needed to fix them. I got them fixed it was painless. Now have my braces and I’m very happy. Dr. Mira was wonderful. My mom says it was very convenient and we got in and out really quick and easily. Thank you for the great dentistry.

I have been wanting my braces for soo long but every other dentistry i had previously visited had excessively high pricing. Southbay dentistry has it all from the front office all the way to the back. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The office manager explained everything so thoroughly and answered every one of my questions/concerns. The best dental experience of my entire life. The minute a walked in I noticed a very important detail the set up of the waiting room it give a very relaxed vibe as if u are in ur own clean livingroom. Ivonne and the ladies in the front desk are so kind and comforting they greeted me with such friendliness. Ive never waited longer than 10 minutes to be called in. The guy taking my xrays for the first time distracted me of being at the dentist he kept good conversation and made me feel like we knew each other from a long time ago lol. Dr. Fayngor is amazing I kept hearing the wonderful assistant Shanice say he is my favorite doctor and I can see why he doesnt make u wait for him he is gentle with his hands and is always very attentive to any movement u make or concern u may have I am extremely satisfied with any work he has done on me. Shanice is amazing at her job she will literally hold my hand if I needed her too lol . At the end of my first visit the regional manager Rafael just sealed my dental experience with hope confidence and happiness. He went thru different treatments gave me suggestions and made me feel like it was possible to give me a beautiful smile something no other dentist have done. He was straight forward and encouraged me to go thru with my dental plan not for money but because he sensed what he ment for me. I want to share that I have an extensive amount of work to be done to me and even after all my bad experiences with dentist these amazing people have given me hope and are going to make one of dreams come true a BEAUTIFUL SMILE . I was in that part of town and had something stuck in my teeth and was in a lot of pain. I looked these guys up and made an appointment for the same day. I was seen by the dentist who was very thorough in his examination. He found what was stuck and recommended a thorough deep cleaning. Tatiana, the hygienist, saw me next and gave me the most thorough and gentle cleaning of my life! These guys really care about their patients and do a great job. On top of that there’s lots of parking and the place is very clean. Thank you doctor Fayngor!!

I went into South Bay Dentistry & Orthodontics to get help with a awful pain I had in my tooth. I do not like going to the dentist out of fear, and will often wait until I am in pain to go. The dentists, and the staff are very efficient, and what I was afraid was going to be an uncomfortable procedure to rectify my pain, was met with efficiency, and a dental staff that knows what they are doing. The first thing that I noticed when I called South bay dentistry is that the people that answer the phones to answer questions / make appointments are extremely polite. Same thing when AI got to the office the day of my appointment: greeted by welcoming smiles. The office is nice and quiet, parking isnt an issue. The Dentists are nice guys and they do not want to keep you waiting. The xray machines are up to date and everything is brought up on computers. After the visit you get Oral- B and crest products unlike other offices that give you cheap items or nothing at all. I highly recommend trying this dentist out because I dont think you will be disappointed.

South Bay Dentistry and Orthodontics placed me a ease with the several procedures that had to be done. We are talking teeth, gums, bridgework, veneers, implant, the WORKS. Being concerned about cost the staff were very good explaining all the options that were affordable to assist me with my budget needs. I have been going to South Bay Dentistry for almost 2 years now. The Nurses and Doctors are very friendly the office is clean and a general fantastic atmosphere. They put on my braces and have always done phenomenal work. And so far I have yet to have a visit I would consider painful or uncomfortable which as we know is a general concern as far as Dentistry. All in All a fantastic office and I rather enjoy my visits.

Bad Business! The staff (Wendy) advised me to have an unnecessary root canal with custom crown installation after having already started the major process of 4 front dental implants installed. I was able to have all 4 implants fully financed prior to being persuaded into the having the additional unnecessary work performed so I know what has been paid for as I am still paying the finance charges. South Bay Dentistry and Orthodontics refuses to finish and install the implants (of which are paid in full) due to outstanding fees for unnecessary procedures I was sold and unable to finance. This is called extortion! I seriously doubt that Im the only client theyve done like this and expect its most likely done to a majority of not all of their clientele. Beware and make sure to know what you are being sold and get it all in writing from these snake-oil salesmen.I will continue to seek justice and alert others of the wrongdoings going on at South Bay Dentistry and Orthodontics.This is not acceptable!Bad Business!

I have been coming here since 2002 and the customer service has gone down tremendously. The staff is no longer personable and its missing the atmosphere that it once had. Im not sure its because of the staff is entirely new or they areare miss the people that made South Bay Dentistry professional. If you can find another dentist near your home I advise you to do so.

The staff was really helpful I was looking for a good dentist for a while so decided to try them and go in for a routine cleaning . I was looked at and given exactly what i requested. They do not try and charge you for things you dont need, like others do, and the best part is the friendly staff they remember who you are and treat you well . I look forward for my next visit .

This dental office is the best thing that every happened to my smile. I dont really know where to start other than to say I called them up when I really needed some serious dental work, I got on the phone with Lucy....the best call I ever made. She told me about their office and I told her how I was a total dental chicken and most likely could not afford anything other than what I needed to do to relieve the pain I was having. Well I went for an appt and after getting there, I realized that they really did truly care about what was good for me and my dental health. After the exam I spoke to the office manager and we agreed to do what was recommended and I was given a price that was at least half of what several other dentists had given me for the same or less work. To make a long story short my wife and I had all of our dental care done at this office and we had put it off for years....we cant thank South Bay Dentistry enough for all the wonderful care they gave us. If you are like me a Dental Chicken Lucy and Valarie can walk you through it....they are the best. Thank ALL of you so much for all you did for my wife and me and also for our new SMILES..and by the way everyone has complemented us on our new smiles...

I am so happy that I switched from my previous dentist to this one. The staff is always so friendly and works really well with getting appts. in the time frame that I need. The staff is friendly and helpful.I advised that it always makes me nervous due to a previous bad experience somewhere else and they always make me feel as comfortable as possible and offer headphones or tv, talks to me, etc... and works great. The Dr. is also great and is always nice and gentle and makes my experience something I dont dread coming to.Highly recommend

I wan to thank all the staff at South Bay dentistry for helping me out last Friday I call in Friday and one of the front girl in the front who I’m sorry but I think her name is Ivonne help me out and schedule me she can schedule me right alway same day do to having sever pain on my lower right tooth. Came In it didn’t even took 5 minutes after registering and all that Nelson who had said he was the x ray tech took my x rays within less then 10 minutes. He then sat me down in the room to have Dr Fayngor who was my dentist be seen after getting full exam and being told exactly what I need it and letting me know he can treat and save the tooth as i thought tooth was gonna be pull out. Omar the office manager who he came in talk to me about the finance part after me not having insurance and all Omar told me he can help me finance the treatment I need it for low monthly payments to my budget which I was only gonna pay 60 dollars a month zero down. Which i was surprise thinking I need it to pay way more and on top of it he told me he was gonna have dr take care of me right away same day which they did and now I’m in zero pain. Thank you South Bay dentistry for helping me out with my tooth problem. And by the way I forgot to mention they have this great comfortable dents chairs that made me fall asleep as they were doing my treatment thank you all for helping me out and taking care of me will be referring my family and friends to my new dentist and office see you guys on my next appointment.

This dentistry said that i would be able to merge my bills with the credit they provides but that was not true. After switching doctors multiple times the only one affected was the client. The braces did not work, not even after pay a substantial feel. the positive side is the service which makes up for a bad management and ethical workplace. The business portion of it is bad. I would go to the nearby dentist and have them give you a second opinion.I am just upset that i went through the pain for some bad results which are not good

So disappointed in this dentistry and the service I received. First off I got dry socket after a wisdom extraction and I had to go back multiple times for treatment and Im still suffering from pain in my jaw from it. My old veneer looks way better than the new one they did. On top of that I am being charged for services I never even got done. I been waiting for this financial person to call me regarding this issue and yet no one calls me back. So unprofessional DO NOT COME HERE! COME TO THIS DENTIST IF YOU WANT BADLY DONE TEETH OR TO BE RIPPED OFF AND IGNORED. DISGUSTING!

This is my clients dentist and he has been trying to get implants since August, dentist called to cancel today because they dont have all the parts! If I could give no stars I would!

Hate it! 4 months and they cant get a crown to fit, and still have a temporary.. i have been going back and forth for impressions and they still cant get it right. After 2nd visit it seems they just dont care theyre just being sloppy with their work since they already got their money. i tell the dr my bite is too high he says it should be fine! BS! Took many xrays and broke like 3 crowns because they didnt fit. I could tell he was gettin tired of seeing me and didnt even wear gloves or mouth cover at one point. Then another dr saw my teeth and said i needed a root canal! More BS. In another visit to try to get a refund for another crown that never started, instead i got BS xrays to prove i never got it and go back again to talk about it and cant even ask questions before the office manager gets hot head and wont listen. He doesnt know what goes on in the offices or some of the careful practices done there! I would get the feeling theyre doing it on purpose or somthing just to get more money out of it. It seems they have knowingly misdiagnosed some patients out there.

This is the worst place Ive been to. They charged my mothers card $3000 and they hadnt even done any work on her. They said they charged her because she had made an appointment, so after us doing research and us finding a cheaper place to get her work done we told them that we would no longer need their services and they told us that we would have to pay a 25% cancellation fee. She signed the paperwork under duress from the manager, Rafael Sosa, where he didnt let her know about anything she was signing. She felt pressured by him and he took advantage of the fact that she was in pain at the time she was signing.

I must say, that going or come from the dentists office in the past was about as exciting as, well having your teeth yanked out by an orangutan ! but coming to south bay has been quite pleasing andwatching my mother who is very careful about who works on her, has been very happy about coming to southbay, so thank you all for making our visits verywonderful and pain free !!!!!

When I first came to southbay denistry and orthodontics I was very nervous because it had been a very long time since I had been to a dentist the front office staff was very welcoming and as I began my orthodontic treatment the dr treating me which is a board certified orthodontist and all the back office assistants made me love this office the general dr noori was excellent I recommend this office highly as I brought my husband and daughter here as well

Worst dentist ever ! a real charlatan ! After spending lost of money for my 6 front teeth veneer, my gum became red and puffy, bleeding every morning and discomfort.I did come back to him several times, always he tried to fool me by asking do you brush your teeth regularly?, and always my answer was yes, please do something .it is very embracing for me going out with white teeth and red puffy gums, to make the story short finally i went to another dentist for consult and as soon as he looked at it he said your veneer was placed very deep in your gum!!! and it is a total disaster .you need to do gum surgery first and then we can place new veneers for you,but between gum surgery and new veneers you have to wait 6 months ! currently, I am seeking legal advise .In my surprise I find out there are lots of patient with problems and Dr Azizi is a regular at court house !!.BTW he was briefly a vulenter faculty at USC as a general dentist several years a ago, but still he claims he is a USC faculty !!! a total lie !Dr Azizi should not practice.he is a fraud !
