Unprofessional, late, complaining about everything to the customer, not calling customer when deadlines are not met, leaving customer on hold, ignoring customer, delivering and making customer pay for poor quality anodizing, not tumbling products when asked. Dave basically ruined my product and didnt care one bit, he just didnt charge me. The people that run the place are burnt out and over doing small orders, even if you have money and can pay, they will just give such bad service youll be forced to go elsewhere. Save yourself having to go and get your stuff stripped and re-anodized. Thanks bro.
