The slowest ups store I have been to. Waited over 15 minutes just to drop off a package. There were two employees at the cashier and they didnt seem to care there were lines out the door!

Super long lines

The employees here are trying but unfortunately UPS does not have their act together. UPS has really gone down over the years and does not take care of their employees or customers.Note: Not enforcing COVID safety and do not even have sanitizer for use after touching their payment/signature pad which is required to use.

I used to always come to this store for all my mailing services because they are fast and friendly, however, during the summer you would think they would turn on the air conditioner...nope, my last few visits it has been extremely hot inside.Today was 80 degrees outside but it was 90 degrees inside the store. Why would you make your customers sweat while waiting in line?

This store will try to double charge you for pickup/delivery. Be extremely careful about any extra fees. Highly recommend using another UPS store or the customer center on Western

My experience at UPS store in Gardena, CA, has always been a good one. They provide excellent customer service and work well together. They provide reminders about your mailbox due dates, welcome you with a small and always ask if there’s anything else they can do. It’s conveniently located which makes it easy to get to.

I had 4 Amazon returns today never had that many the Rep was very nice, didnt rush me at all. Always friendly and professional

I cant Express how exceptional the service was that I received from Danny and the Senior management at the Gardena location. I had 2 very sentimental chairs that belonged to my deceased mom shipped from Gardena to Lake Charles, LA. We had 1 hiccup occur during delivery but the professionals at the store made sure ALL MATTERS were resolved. We kept in communication and they never dropped the ball. I had complete confidence in them because of their communication and professionalism from the onset.Danny was the BEST!!!! he should be awarded for his customer service. He is very personable and I am sure other customers have had great experiences with him and at this store. I am from Houston Tx so it was great to experience warm friendly service in Cali. Don’t rent any mailbox from them because they will lie to you and say they offer 24 hour access for you to get your mail but it was just a lie to get my money they don’t give you 24 access to your mailbox they lie and say they don’t have the code bad service

Worst experience ever, try to pick up my package. They said they cant find it due to high volume and will call back and let me know. Never called back and its sending back to shipper. Its a $2000 equipment needed before Christmas

This is hands down the best run Mail store anywhere!They are always friendly, helpful and professional.I almost didnt write this review because i love this little gem and dont want everyone finding out about them and making it super busy like the post office WHICH I CANT STAND GOING TO!!!My time is money!Thanks for the excellent customer Service guys!

This is one of my favorite UPS stores because its local and always kept clean however the staff here its very slow due to the fact that there is a low volume of customers here, still they could be more prompt.

I like the service I receive from this store. However the line sometimes is very long and sometimes its only one person working behind the counter. I just wish they have more staff members.If their notary is not available there is another notary inside the same plaza at the insurance office.
