Everyone here was polite even though I showed up right before closing. Lot was clean and tidy and the forklift operator was cool for helping me load my pallet in a maybe not approved manner(but safe and a huge help).I will say their phone tree for setting up an appointment could use some help. I talked to 4 people and got handed off to different people even though I was asking for a simple appointment scheduled. Oh well like I said before Everyone was nice so this is ok.Wont be dreading having to hold large shipments at the Gardena Fed Ex dispatch in the future.

The people at this facility was probably the nicest group of FedEx warehouse people Ive ever had the pleasure of working with. Super fast, kind, and efficient.

Mostly good, but typically a little above the market rate but better then most of the other LTL carriers

My package was late I had to pick it up myself but staff there were very good and helpful so its allright.
