Had a delivery sitting in a terminal 1.5 hours away from its final destination for 2 full weeks. I called 5 times over the course of 3 days and every rep took down my info and said they would call me back, they never did. The hired another company to make the final delivery but would not tell me the name of other company. Because they insisted on being the middle man, my delivery is getting postpone another two days.

Kudos to the unknown driver who was kind enough to give water to the terrified dog. Your company stands out and this driver is a shining example of doing the right thing, seriously your company will be getting my shipping business if at all practical. This driver deserves a raise, he has earned it in a unique way!

I just wanted to say Thank you to the driver who stopped and gave a bottle of water to the rescuers of the chihuahua along the side of the freeway. It is people like him that help to restore hope in humanity. God bless him for his act of kindness. 🙏🏽❤

You’ve probably heard about the man who gave his water bottle to a terrified puppy. He stopped at a sign, ran out, gave the water to them and left. He didn’t know they were filming until he was at the fence and he did it with the best of intentions. Please find him in your employee database and give him a raise. I am so happy with this company. I was in a real situation where I needed really big car parts sent out and I was reffered to this company through a friend. It seemed like they new what they were doing and the people were so nice! I am so happy with the speed and efficiency that this place works and the prices were great. Reckless driving by young possibly hispanic male with short hair throwing things at my car not sure why when he was the one tail gating me then going in front to brake check me till he thought that wasnt enough he just started throwing things at my car I had to come to almost a complete stop on the highway to let him get away
