If you are looking for a job dont waste your time with this place. These people are very unprofessional and make no effort to find you a job. If you get stuck with Monica Reyes dont expect much. She will give you her spill on how different this agency is then pretend they have something for you. Better yet they call saying they will be sending you a email and never receive one. I also wasnt comfortable making some video for them about my skills and experience. I am looking for a job not going on a date on some dating site. Avoid this place at all costs.

I had a wonderful experience with Jackie. I was offered an assignment in about a week and a half. Jackie helped guide me through the process with ease. She is amazing and truly interested in trying to find the right fit for ultimate success! Thank you Jackie for all your help!

WORSE AGECNY! they bring you in t the office, make you think they have a job that matches your resume.. and NEVER CALLS BACK! Ive dealt with 3 different recruiters and they all did the same. IF I CAN GIVE NO STARS I WOULD!

Let me start by saying I waited over a month to write this review. Initially I was extremely irritated and wanted to make sure I was able to convey my dismay & disdain for this company and my personal helper Julie.I responded to a non-profit job on Craigslist and was contacted by Julie from ultimate staffing. I was happy because I love non -profits especially those involving children as I have recently gotten certified to work with them. I gladly accepted the job and began work.First, the company was horrible. The boss Veronica was a nasty human being. Who, on multiple occasions belittled and embarrassed her staff. Including me. I let Julie know my concerns the first week. As I am triggered by people who are cruel.NWell, although Julie cant exactly change the personality of her clients I definitely would have wanted to feel supported as she connected me to them.That was alarming in its self but the illegal and fraudulent actions are completely on her.The boss At the company would have me cloxk in& out. Well I put those times on my time sheet. And overheard my boss call Julie to tell her they didnt approve overtime.mind you I arrive atleast 5 min early and stayed only minutes after 5 if something needed to be finished. Not like I wanted any extra time in that hell hole. Julie called me and told me to change my time card to fit my evil bosses wishes. Im talking about minutes!! I arrive at 8:24 clock in and begin work. I was asked to keep them at 8:30 although I had already worked those times!!!!! That is against the law!!!!! Not to mention as soon as I was let go only after I called Julie to tell her my boss accused me of lying and I gave her proof I wasnt. It made me uncomfortable so I let Julie know. And she called my boss who then let me go. Initially Julie seemed to be understanding of me since I had called her several times over the month with MAJOR concerns all while my boss expressed I was doing well. But a week later I couldnt get ahold of her. It was very clear she was no longer interested in helping find another job.I have zero desire to work with another staffing agency as this was my only experience and it was awful. Is the overtime worth court? Not for me. I enjoy peace in my life and i dont value money enough to be treated poorly by an employer nor so I want the anxiety of taking people to court. But I know some people have to so avoid this company or julie. Oh and USYVL should be shut down immediately or stop staffing people in a roach infested hell hole of a non-profit.

Well, I’ll start by saying my experience was terrible but yours could be different (or so I’d hope).I was placed in a horrible work environment where me and the two other temps on the job site were treated like the stepchildren. We were yelled at, frowned upon and disrespected. We all reported the issues back to Ultimate Staffing, but nothing was ever resolved. The client that we were working for (MSLA-Cypress) told us from the beginning that she was looking for temp to hire. However, after 4 months, she strategically let all three of us go.Here’s where it gets worse. After I got the call saying the assignment ended, I filed for unemployment and stated that the assignment ended when I was asked why I was no longer working. Well, ultimate staffing tells EDD that I was terminated for misconduct. Which is a lie within itself. I was never late, insubordinate and I did my job exceptionally well. Turns out the company didn’t have the means to hire us and actually laid off half of its permanent employees.All in all, I would never ever accept another position through this agency. Why? They don’t stick up for their employees and they’re quite unprofessional.

Racist! Im not too sure who the owner or the “ultimate staffing services” hiring manager is but they hire anybody I see. Older hispanic lady is telling people they need to know spanish to get a job here and that its helpful. And she wasnt very nice toward non hispanic races. The worst place, so if they post a craigslist ad or reach out and you are not mexican don’t even bother. This place owes me gas money for coming to gardena to waste my time. Throw the whole staffing agency away!

Day 1: They call you to scedule an interview.Day 2: You spend 3 hours doing test that they dont tell you about on day 1 when they call youDay 3: They make it seem like theyve found a position for you but they really havent.Day 4-9: No position stillLong story short dont waste your time. If they say your resume needs help or you have to keep re-doing your video on day 2 start looking elsewhere there is a good chance they dont have a position for you.1/5 Star Agency it is.

Very negative experience and easily the most unprofessional and unpleasant agency I have ever worked with.
