Bad service, we bought a light bulb and it worked for a few days, when we asked for another light bulb they said that they had sent it to us but we never received it, I requested that they return the money and thus I have been waiting for a year to receive a refund.

Ordered my bulb the 12/11 through a company called Lamp Pros online. Never recived order. They do not answer calls or email. Looked up address turns out its Lamp world and still no one answers phone or email to get refund.

Ordered lamp for Epson projector. It was delivered in a cheap box that barely protect the lamp. Quality of the product is so cheap. When I use my projector, it smells like burning and its turning off by itself in few minutes. I dont recommend buying any lamps from this seller to save the projector from fire hazard.

I Ordered a new bulb for my TV 1/28/2017 for the super bowl. The bulb was delivered early🤗🤗🤗 and my TV is working perfectly.. Thank you for the great service...👌👌

BE WARNED! They sell used products as new, ship you junk and then try to make you pay all shipping costs. Fraud!

Ordered a bulb for my TV it was packaged poorly...It was all broken up received a label to send it back another bulb was sent out promptly but didn’t fit wasn’t able to contact consumer again number has been disconnected...email was not returned back either

When I first ordered a replacment lamp for my projector TV, it was sent to the wrong country by accident, projector lamp world with no hesitation sent me a new lamp, it arived in I say the best container for protection ever.. Their customer service is the best I have ever encountered with prompt responce and very polite. Defentetly going back when I need a replacement for my replacement (these lamps dont last more than about 2000 hours at best from OEM)5 STARS

My experience with Projector Lamps World has been terrible. Twice their website said our projector lamp was in stock. The first time we purchased they contacted us saying our lamp was out of stock and we eventually received a delayed refund. I thought maybe it was a fluke-a mix up in their inventory or something. The second time their site clearly said the lamp was in stock. I ordered the lamp and after 6 days they finally emailed me saying that the lamp was out of stock. I am still waiting for a refund to my card. Their service is unreliable and their website is a gross misrepresentation. Even now that our order has been cancelled their site says that our lamp is in stock! Never order from this company (nor Lamps Pros as it is the same company) as you will be disappointed and will end up wasting time without anything to show for it.

They do not sell genuine lamps! There is also a good reason why the have an F rating with BBB. I found this out after contacting customer service wondering where the hell my package was after their shipping times had come and gone and I didnt even have a tracking number yet! Still waiting for it but will be returning it immediately. I have over 20 messages to them trying to get this sorted and they do nothing. Even gave me someone elses tracking number by mistake.Horrible.

Wording on the site lead me to believe I was buying a genuine Benq bulb but the way it was wording was misleading, the first bulb I got worked for about two months, stopped working. when I needed a new one shipped it took two weeks to get and when it arrived it stopped working after 4 days of use...

Do NOT purchase inferior products with NO customer support that FAIL with limited use from this company..

I ordered a bulb with the extra warranty on it. For the super bowl and the bulb didnt work!!! It doesnt even have the same numbers from my o2ld bulb on the new bulb...........Im not happy at all about this.
