Do not use this Company. By far, its the worst shipping company I have ever dealt with. They lost boxes, they missed deliveries and picks and good luck calling customer service, you will be on hold for an hour or two. they are simply bad.

Weve used them about a dozen times over a few years and have had no issues. Theyre fast, reasonably priced, and it has just worked well for us. For example, wanted something shipped to San Diego, next day. I think with any other service I would have had to pay for overnight, they just do San Diego next day, so what might have been $30+, cost $9. I havent normally saved that much with them, but every time Ive checked theyre similar in price to USPS, and more reliable, usually faster. Obviously they only handle the west coast, and I think at that there are west coast cities they wont ship to, so it wont work for everything.

There delivery has failed multiple times because I have a security gate. Theres a com box they never even try to use. They could have rang like every other driver! Also if the would have looked 3 feet away there are mailboxes with Amazon parcels all over them. Leave the dang package!

No problem with deliveries at all, we used them for years, they are pretty good with that. However, lately EVERY invoice comes with wrong charges and we have to call customer services to fix it. We send document letters and they charge like 4-5 lb package. Its not worth the trouble.

Horrible pick up service. Driver never shows up on time even when given a big pick up window of 7 hours. How can you not pick up up a package with that time frame? It may be cheap but you do get what you pay for. You want reliable service use FED-EX, yes, even FED-EX has better service that GSO (GLS)

These people are terrible, I requested a delivery window between 12pm-4pm for a box that needed a signature and they attempted delivery at 10am. After emailing them at 10:30am they gave me a new window of 3pm-4pm which they then decided to deliver at 2pm.The moral of this story is that if you plan to receive any delivery from GSO, just quit your job and stay home all day, every day. Leave your friends, family, and old life behind because at some point in the distant future they may decide to bring you that delivery and those luxuries will only distract you from the necessary waiting. Only after you sign for your delivery can you begin your new life...enjoy that new life, you’ve earned it.

I was waiting at home but missed the call from the driver at the community gate at 6:15pm. It was a traffic time, many cars entered into the gate. The driver even didn’t come to my house, just left. What kind of service it was?

WORST delivery service ever. Never use. Took 9 days of delivery failures to get package that needed to be signed for. I have video of the attempts They:1- did not follow instructions on how to get in building and just left saying “attempt failed”2- Did Not come at all on scheduled day3- came at 11 when delivery window was 12-44- phone service gave wrong information5-attempted to deliver at wrong addressDo NOT use this company!

The drivers are completely incompetent and unable to read directions even after they were provided more information to deliver my package. It took 3 days for them to keep attempting delivery, and finally they called to tell me the package wouldnt be delivered. I LIVE 6 MINUTES AWAY. This is now the 3rd time Ive had an issue with GSO delivering a package. Todays issue will be the final nail in the coffin for me.

My firm has used GSO to ship documents and drawings all over the west coast. Some of the time GSO does an okay job but despite the fact our office is only 35 miles from Los Angeles, they are constantly late, sometimes by a day or more. GSO also still uses a paper manifest to track deliveries with many of its routes, meaning you dont get tracking updates until the end of the day or sometimes unless you call. In general, we just cannot trust their service any longer and have been burned too many times by late deliveries.

Cannot give even one star. The customer service is terrible. Our company has a daily pick up, but 2 - 3 days of 5 days a week they do not show up. and When I call, they are so elegant telling me, that they will send someone next day. If they can come to pick up next day, why are we using the overnight service??? and they never ever say sorry for their drive did not show up. Also, I dropped off our package at drop box and they never came to pick up. Our package was left and never delivered next day....

This is literally the worst delivery company hands down. The driver apparently tried to deliver my package and didnt hit the gate code so it rings to my phone, no knock and no door bell ring. I left my home for a moment and noticed a sorry we missed you slip outside on the floor next to my neighbors door. I remembered I used a random delivery option ( Gso / GLS) overnighted because I ordered temperature sensitive wine (very expensive ). I called them and the ladies were rude and said the driver attempted to deliver the package at 8 am when I repeatedly said what had happened about the slip on the floor and the no buzz or ring, but she kept disregarding what I was saying . They said they can redeliver tomorrow and I said Im refusing the package. Trash company i hope it gets shut down.

Many missed deliveries. Said we were not home. Have a nest video doorbell. They lied. Had to drive to their pick up location. Not clearly marked. Terrible service. Terrible company. Will never use GSO again.

The workers steal packages. And they blame the company who sold me the stuff. They dont take responsibility for the stolen goods that we have on video footage. Not even an apology.
