Didnt fix anything and give the used products, always lying about time. Time manner, very unprofessional. Held my laptop for fking 6 days and couldnt even fix it. Thief

This store provides great service, fast and good prices. I wouldn’t trust any other place to fix my phone or computers. Eddie is very knowledgeable and is experience when it comes to diagnosing. All my family members go to LA laptop repair. My parents go there all the time and love the service he provides. 5 stars in my book.

I was having a hard time finding a computer shop in my area and finding good prices. I came across this store and I was warmly welcomed by Eddie (the man who fixed my phone). He provided great service and prices to fix my phone. Within a day or two, my phone was back to itself and working great. I will always return to this store, it’s the best in town.

I was recommended by a friend to have my sons computer repaired. He needed asap since he is doing online classes. The customer service guy (Eddie) was very friendly and knowledgeable. He fixed the issue and the price was cheap. I highly recommend it and he definitely gained a customer.

Great service and prices. Took my daughters computer to get it fixed since she needed for school. Weve been looking for a repair store and glad i was recommended by a friend. My Laptop was fixed and the price was cheap. My computer is an Apple and if I wouldve taken there no way Ill be able to afford it. Ill will definitely come back and refer my family and friends.

Do not take your laptop to this place you will be disappointed Worst shop in the world I took my laptop there they never tried to fix it they just let it sit for two weeks I called 3 times a week he gave me the same excuse every day still nothing was done so I just went and picked up my laptop and went home with the same issue I repeat do not take your laptop to this place wasted my time and gas

****The worst service ever****I brought my laptop a month ago. And the guy who works there never picks up the phone and didn’t even fix my laptop. I stopped by the store every week to check if he fixed my laptop, he always come with a new excuse. An he didn’t even touch it. Every time I stopped by, he was like give me 2 hrs and i would call you. And he never called nor picked the phone when i call. Really bad service. Don’t go there.

Terrible customer service. I took my laptop to them in January for a cracked screen and was told it would take a few days. It was been three months of delays, excuses and unanswered phone calls before I finally got a refund. He doesnt even bother calling to give updates. Save yourself time and stress and look somewhere else.

Really friendly staff and got the job done, but they are not very good at following up with customers or answering the phone.

Now the computer is fixed after two weeks of follow up calls! Eddie is a LIAR!!! He said he bought a new power button but put old one one! He said amount is $99 but when I came to pay he said $129! Buyer beware of bargain basement repair! Would never go back to lying cheating repair shop!!

Went to Best Buy (Geek Squad) for a laptop repair and those guys wanted to charge me $180 and thankfully i passed on it because on the way home i passed by this shop and they charged less than half of what Best Buy charged and my laptop is functioning great now. The dude there was cool too. Great little shop.

I had the worst experience with this store, I went their to fix my laptop and they kept it for six months without fixing it and procrastinated to return it back to me and then they return it back without fixing when I sued them in the court with a police report showed that my laptop was punch of pieces. The owner is so irresponsible person

Its been over a year and over $400 and this place is stiffing me and has not called back or attempted to contact me about my iPad... Nothing but excuses and disorganization small claims is my next step... Avoid this place

Awful service. I was overcharged for a very simple task. I asked beforehand if my stuff needed to be saved since the guy said he wouldnt need to log out, restart, or shut down my laptop. At first, he said it would take about an hour. I said that I have to go to work and asked if its ok to just reschedule for an appointment. He said no, let me just do it for you now in 10-20 minutes. I said ok. He ended up closing all of my browsers and deleting ALL of my work. When I expressed to my frustration to him, he said it had nothing to do with him and it wasnt his fault. He ended up arguing with me to keep up his ego. I said I understand it wasnt his intention but it is his job and I had ASKED beforehand if I should save my stuff. He said no, its very simple coding so it wasnt needed. He then said that I never asked him that and tried to turn it around on me by saying that I was playing with him because I asked for a discount.

Worst customer service. I went to have my cell phone screen fixed they never call me to let me know if they received the part I ordered. Like a month after they finally said it can not be fixed.

Took my phone and laptop for service and was very impressed. Reasonable prices, will definitely comeback. Customer Service is excellent- 5 stars in my book.

I highly recommend this place because not only are they good at fixing computers and phones, but the customer service is really amazing. Anything that is broken is fixed for a great price. Eddie is a really good worker and a great guy.

Both jobs that were done for me were of poor quality. One was a part replacement that didnt even last a week (almost making me question if the part was even replaced at all.) I didnt bother going back or writing a review then, but after a more recent visit I feel the need to just warn others to stay away. Went in to try and buy some parts and had a few questions, but the guy at the front felt it was more important to try and make me seem dumb and get a laugh out of it with other customers laughing as well in the store. Ironically, after he tried explaining some things to me, I realized he had no idea what he was talking about and I decided instead to politely thank him, and walk out. Extremely unprofessional, never going back or sending any more customers to them.

This is my first review for anything in Google reviews but I figured that I needed to write one for here because this place has been amazing for me and for my friends.Eddie, who runs the store is an amazing and talented person who has a great humor and is very kind. He will sometimes offer you lower price than usual and he is respects you as long as your respect him.He does free diagnostics, will tell you the price upfront afterwards, and wont charge you if you decide to not use his services, and has very fair prices.He gets the repair jobs done quick and will notify you of the devices status through text message or phone calls so you are aware how far the service has progressed. You can trust this guy to get the job done 100%.Do note: you want to make sure you know what you want fixed so he doesnt misunderstand. Some unfortunate experiences may happen because people did not tell him exactly what they wanted.He additionally sells other products like phone cases, old classic gaming consoles, controllers, laptops, monitors, and games.

Horrible! Do not go here. It took a month for my laptop to be repaired for a broken screen and now it is in worse condition. The touch screen works when it wants to and when I turn the computer on it now takes about 3 to 5 minutes to turn on. Once its on the screen jumps which doesnt allow me to use it. Basically they ruined my laptop. I would not suggest this place to anyone.

Took my iphone there becuase screen was cracked. I came out ith a new screen but broken phone. Went back so they could fix it, but they didnt do anything literally made me waste a whole hour just so they can tell me they didnt have anymore black screens.

Sold me bad ram slots crashed in a couple months. Repaired my motherboard(graphics) worked for a month then crashed repaired again then crashed a week or two later waste of money told me just to buy a new one.. Another seller told me the repair wasnt done right.

Fixed my iPhone twice. Fast service and reasonable prices!

I had an issue with my Macbook Pro. Took it to apple and they said i needed a whole new laptop. Mind you i had already spent 2K on this one. I was disappointed. I then came across laptop repair pros which i was referred to by someone at the Gardena police department and I couldn’t be more happier. Not only dis they fix my mac but charched me very reasonably. Very happy with this place.

They do a free diagnosis, and their prices are really reasonable. My laptop was having a charging issue and they worked it out quickly, and it only cost me $30 bucks all up.

Put in junky battery the left a connector unplugged so I had to go back. Instead of fixing it he first did a reboot an dumped my setting. Not recommend
