DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I purchased tile for my master bathroom and the tile was delivered with big stains and scratches all over it. I reported the issue to the company sent photos and they will not refund my money. This is the quality of their workmanship see photos. It’s too bad they don’t take pride in their work or care that their customers receive a quality product that they’re satisfied with.

My suggestion is: Take a tour. You will see that they are genuine, hard-working, and there is love in everything they make. That is the kind of product I want to put in my home. We had a wonderful experience with Arto. Their tiles are gorgeous and as others have recommended, go to their warehouse and see their displays. If you are lucky enough to get a tour it will help you appreciate the love that goes into what they are doing. There’s a vibe there too. It’s very creative, always busy and all hands are engaged. When you call they can direct you to find a particular product or they have specialists who can help you through technical aspects.

We had such an amazing experience at Arto and all because of the exceptional service and patience we received from Hugo! He was amazing from beginning to end and never showed rushed us or showed signs of being annoyed (we kept going back and forth) loved this place and thank you To Hugo for all his help making this such a smooth process!

Arto Brick has amazing and responsive customer service! Their locally manufactured tiles are beautiful! I used them in two remodeled bathrooms, floor tiles and shower tiles. I am extremely happy with the finished products.

These guys have beautiful products but they are wildly unreliable. Ive been working on a small walkway project at my house for nearly 5 months now due to Artos constant delays. They never deliver on time, and they just delivered the wrong deco tiles after I waited over 7 weeks! Its unfortunate that they dont know how to run a reliable business.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Arto. We have their products on the inside and outside of our home. We recently remodeled our backyard including a firepit, new pool and pizza oven using all Artos beautiful products. If you get the opportunity, go and take a tour of their amazing facility to see where it all begins.
