After the sticker shock of a new transmission quote from our dealership, we were led to Pole Position by the trusted mechanic of our neighbor. Their estimate of a rebuild was reasonable, and their one year warranty eased our concerns.Initial repair took less time than their original estimate, and theyve been great about honoring the warranty. We have been looking for a mechanic we can trust, and Juan and Pole Position have earned it with us.

So I had just got my car fixed about a month ago and it was running fine until yesterday I dropped my husband off to work and as I was driving back home my car started dragging n my brakes kept getting stuck and smoking I just spent 977.00 on the whole front brake system and then this happens This is crazy I just dont understand how they must have used some cheap brakes or something . So I called my mechanic and explained what happened he already told me off top what it was he said my brake line is clogged and its a hose that need To be changed and it shouldnt cost no more than 30 to 40 bucks to change so yes of course I called n cuss them out and let them have it so they gonna fix my car today Im not waiting for them to have me wait there so they better do it fast n the right way. Or Im gonna sue them n the reason why Im really post is cause I was in traffic and my kids were in the car I could of hit someone or they could of hit me so I dont recommend this place and yes Im letting the consumer of auto repairs know too

This mechanic named Carlos was very rude. He kept staring at my breasts and was drinking beer along with the other workers while they worked on cars! Very unprofessional. I took my car for a tune up and to change the brakes. After a week my brakes were screeching. I went back to get it fixed and he said that he didnt do my repair. I showed him the receipt and he said he did his job and I must have ruined the brakes myself.
