I was there couple years ago and I post for this location as good review and I had very good experience for myself and couple of my friends as well but unfortunately after 4 years back to the location for visit and find out cars but totally was different and price was to high to other Auction or seller for now with the price and model and mileage they asking for car sell overall 30 to 35% more than you can find on other online platforms

Bought 4 cars here, they have over 1000 cars to choose from, from get around to luxury cars, would recommend paying the $200 for any repairs if issues with your purchase, although Ive never had any problems with the cars i have bought there.

I remember buying a car from them 2 years ago, decent vehicle decent price it was a 2010 Chevy cobalt 80k miles for 2700. Now? You’ve got cars with 200,000+ miles & they want you to pay 3500+ for cars that can be a hit or miss.... my advice? Keep looking if you can

Extremely difficult to get to if you dont have a vehicle or taxi bus stops are far. Extremely misleading and over priced. Every car new or old is between $4-8,000. They say the cars are already smog checked yet only some of the cars have the results labeled. Waste of money especially when the risk is there.

Do not buy any cars from this place. Bought a car, drove it out the lot and after 20 min checkEngine light came on, transmission slipped and car stalled and stopped. Returned the car immediately and had to forfeit $450. They know that car is messed up and still sold it. Getting customers for the $200 fee plus restocking fee is a scam when the car is clearly messed up.

Blok Auto operates as a full out used car sales lot. They do not negotiate in good faith it is all very commission oriented. They are suppose to donate some of the sales proceeds to charity. My experience here makes me question their integrity. I hope the city and the business bureau takes a closer look at this company. I found the sales ppl here overly aggressive and commission oriented it seems they want to defraud the client in my opinion. I will not return.

A LOT has changed but Ive yet to buy a lemon from here. Just make sure you go check out the online prices before you go. The guy in the red shirt is always helpful. I love my new truck.

Bought a 2014 Nissan versa. 3 weeks later I found out the transmission was busted. I had to pay the same amount for repairs as I did for the car. I dont recommend buying from this dealer. Youre on your own, and its a gamble buying a car. No warranty, and no test drives. A recipe for disaster

You cant test drive the cars. Its like picking up a date in a bar but youre not allowed to talk to them. If its the case of your dream car you might get a good deal, or you could find out it doesnt drive. Good luck!

Their prices are going up too high. You need a good $5000 to get something decent now. But a good spot if your funds dont allow you to do a car note.

We bought a 2013 Ford focus. Under 100,000 miles great condition pretty much a new car. We paid the extra 200$ 2 day return option but did not need to use it as there are absolutely no problems with the vehicle. Maybe we got lucky but if your not smart enough to pay the extra 200$ and take the vehicle to be inspected in those two days well then your bad. Common sense is get the vechile checked out. Carfax it. Which we actually did after we already purchased the vehicle. We serviced it right away and did everything the computer suggested we did. We love our car and are very happy with it.

Bought a Toyota Scion xB from them and the engaging went out in two mouths . They don’t care what they sell and doesn’t really give you good prices in my opinion

The over all experience was great. The sales person Ricky was phenomenal and really helpful.Not the processor, she was a bit rude and snappy. Didnt appear to want to answer any questions and treated me like a common criminal. But I would not let this one bad apple spoil the experience. Im disappointed at this place.the Reason is that thoses cars are so expensive.,you can find cars on the streets cheaper than here..they cant lower the price no more than $600.00. for example we saw a 2004 chevy avalanche salvage $9600 and more

We bought a vehicle for my college student from this place.We had the vehicle for 1 day and the vehicle stopped running. Had to tow it to a mechanic. Unfortunately we did not purchase the $200 2 day BS that they offer. This place is a scam. Why would they put a vehicle up for sale when it clearly was not safe to buy. Highly disappointed.

Great cars, great prices

I recently bought a 2000 Saturn with 84,490 miles on it from BLOK at a VERY GOOD price. It runs smooth and quick. I changed oil and had front brake pads installed. I first did a CarFax on 3 cars I had been considering, I suggest anyone considering buying a car from BLOK (or anyone) do the same.

I bought my CX90 volvo 2007 from Blok auction... my First car in US and it cost me 4000 $ ... The price was not bad...I should say that I bought it without seeing it before( I even didnt start it 😁)... After 2 weeks the title is ready now but Its good just have some motor oil leakage....About auctin:I think that some of their guyz changing and raising the price... Be careful and if you feel so, just exit the auction

I use to go there more often but I noticed that the cars are becoming a little pricey. I think they had better bargains before. You might be able to find a decent deal. I just dont like the fact that you cant test drive the car. I dont feel very comfortable with that.

Chevy Impala LT 2008

I got two cars from them. The first car 2002 was awesome. The 2012 that was purchased was over priced very high mileage. My friend insisted on me having that ford flex. Never again They have a sign saying cars under 5000 maybe but they have cars over 5000 .They need to change that sign .7000 dollars and the ford had 171000 miles .Never again. Update 6/1/2021 purchased another car from blok to drive to Houston for a graduation ceremony. After arriving in Houston Texas power steering pump went out 300. 6/6/21 arrived in Houston Texas. 6/23/21 car couldnt come to a complete stop. Got a ticket. Had no idea the car had safety recalls issues that wasnt addressed to me at time of purchased Breaks completely went out 6/28/21. 6/29/ 21 I had to find a Ford dealership in Houston Texas. And my insurance company paid for towing. I came to Houston for a graduation and was stranded for over to months without a rental. Blok not suppose to sell cars that have a SAFTY RECALL UNLESS THEY ADDRESS THE BUYER OF THE RECALLS AND LET THEM DECIDE IF THEY WANT TO BUY THE VEHICLE. 2009 FORD FUSION HAS A VERY SERIOUS RECALL SAFETY BREAKS WILL GO OUT WITHOUT NO WARNING SIGNS NOTHING. FORD MOTORS COMPANY IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER, NO KINDA CUSTOMER SKILLS, NO KINDA ACCOMMODATE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE OF MY LIFE. THEN ARE 2 MONTHS WAITING ON PARTS. NOW THEY SAY MASTER CYLINDER. OVER 800.00 AT DEALERSHIP. SO FROM NOW ON .PLEASE CHECK THE VIN NUMBERS BEFORE YOU PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM BLOK. 4 STAR WENT TO 0 STARS.

Ive known about this place for a while. One is free to look around. They have a lot of different vehicles. I didnt deal with any the personal there except the lady at the entrance. She needs abit more training on professionalism. But I didnt let it bother me. All in all, its worth the trip,check it out and then process your own Intel.

Will NEVER BUY A CAR FROM HERE. Bought my car 3 months ago, still haven’t gotten my title and my alternator completely went out. They say pay 200 and u can return in 2 days if u see anything wrong but in 2 days you won’t find out what’s wrong. I was better off taking my chances buying a car off the street.

Be ware of this place, they dont let you test drive the car, and will change you $200 dollar for return purchase option if you are not happy with the car. Most important is that they will charge you extra 5% of the total amount of the purchase. So, you will need to pay at least more than $350 dollars if you want to return the car. and the return time is limited to 2 days. So, be careful with this auto shop. Also, they will not give you title after you make payment, they will tell you that the title will be mailed to you in two to three weeks and its legal to drive. but actually its not legal to drive without a valid title.

Place was pretty good they had a big selection of pretty new one good cars seem like most cars are in good condition and they werent press that expensive I dont think. I was on getting any pressure from the people selling them to borrow a car either. Which is always a good thing

This is no different than any used vehicle auction place. You cant move the vehicle, drive it, or have it looked at by a mechanic unless you bring one. And if you bring a mechanic they can’t use any tools or anything on the car. I spent 4K on a used car and it looked clean upon inspection. After having it for a month it over heats. When I took it to the dealer they found out that the engine coolant was bypassed and leaks coolant into the engine.... this place is a hit or miss I would tell you to shop else where.

You can find your dream car at a very reasonable price. I really like this place.

Dont do it! Or if you do I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you get the $200 insurance on your car so you can bring that lemon back! They will try to talk you out of it but trust me $200 aint nothing compared to what you will have to pay trying to fix the lemon Blok sold ya!

I bought a 2010, Ford Escape with 80K miles a year ago. Great buy and a fair price 8k. No issues what so ever.I used to work buying junked cars. Word of advice if you buy a car more than 10 years old and you are complaining you shouldnt be, because you are very dumb. Cars fall apart after about 10 years. Oh and you get what you pay for... So dont complain you are an adult take some responsibility and a common sense approach to purchasing a vehicle. Dont go for looks. Go by the year, miles, and body condition. Also it does not hurt to do a car fax report so get the VIN # to run the cars history.Good luck.

Good place to find cheap car, especially for student. You check-in with the security guard at the gate and he will give you the current list with price. Then you off to parking lot to check out the car. The car key is inside the car, you can start the engine and check anything you want to check EXCEPT you cant drive test. Saturday is their auction day and the rest of the other days is for you to come by and test it out. If you want to buy the car, you need to get Cashier check. They only except cashier check, NO Credit card or Cash will be accepted. Oh make sure bring umbrella with you because it will be hot and sunny. Enjoy !!!

You can buy a return insurance for 200 dollars for 2 days . The best deal if you can wait is the car auction on Sat each weekA 4000dollar Cadillac was sold for 1150 dollars.

10% buyers fee + smog fee $55 + $55 for documentation, buy as-is. $5 entrance fee. I heard public auctions have the worst cars, because even the dealer auctions dont want them. The great cars are saved for dealers only. $200 deposit. $200 to buy the refund policy but 8% restocking fee?! They make money even if you dont buy anything! No test driving. You might get lucky and get a working car, but if you dont. you will at least pay them the buyers fee, smog fee, documentation fee, $200 non refundable deposit, or the $200 refund policy with 8% restocking fee and the entrance fee. At least from a private seller or dealer I can get the car professionally inspected. If you brought mechanic you will have to come on a Saturday at 8am till 10am to inspect it. Which means you have to first find a car you like and then ask your mechanic to inspect it. In under 2 hours or less. Theres like hundreds of cars here. It take more than 2 hours to find a car you like and even more to inspect it without a car lift. No tools. Dont forget the people they hire to bid against you. Undercover fake bidders to increase the winning bid! The announcer will say a bunch of rubbish really fast to confuse and pressure you. He will make it seem like someone already outbid you, but if you wait long enough he will go back to your bid and say SOLD.

Found s great little work car here for 2,500. It runs great. Was looking at small mom and pops dealers they wanted too much for the same car!!! I was shopping around for a month when I found out about Blok. Go to their website!.

This is a charity auction of cars that have been donated. People who can afford to donate their cars are people have taken care of them. Its open to the public. Sunday through Friday you can go to the lot, walk around and check the cars out yourself. You see one you like, you can buy it right there. You dont have to wait until Saturday, when they have the actual auction.

Bought three cars from them. No issues.People complaining about bad cars and troubled cars. If you purchase without proper inspection you will get a bad car. Inspect the car thoroughly. Take 30 minutes on one car and check for strange noises. You get great cars for cheap prices. Do your homework.

Be aware your safety is in jeopardy..I purchased a 2002 Dodge Durango from this company. The vehicle has major break issues. This is a safety concern and should have been disclosed at the time of purchase. Instead they allowed the vehicle to be driven off the lot. This should be against the law to allow a vehicle to be moved with serious break issues. If you must purchase a vehicle from this company, please take a mechanic with you to inspect the car and especially the breaks. your safety is important but obviously this company dont care. Also they do offer a $200 3 day return option, but they also still get a percentage off the money you paid for the car. In addition to the non-refundable deposit and the fee for the smog check. To sum it up they still keep most of your money. The title can take from 14-30 days to be received.

The employees are very nice but the cars are not that good at all when you really look at them. They take great photos of there cars.

My mother in law bought a car here for almost 3,000$ . It doesn’t work and has transmission issues. Don’t buy any car off this lot. 9/10 the cars are being donated because they have check engine light on, or the previous owner had too many engine issues. She found a bunch of paperwork that related to engine work, but she found it after taking the car home. She paid 2,500 for a new engine. They don’t allow kids inside either.

Auction site was pretty busy. Street parking and a good walk. Auction vendor was very informative about the company and gave pertinent information regarding operations.

They place a high mark-up on barely acceptable cars. Many not in favorable condition, such as having high miles (above 120k), poor interior containing odors, stains and rips. In addition, I found several windows that failed to work.The management is not taking any of that into account. The seemingly low prices are attractive until the addition of Other Fees.After making several offers that reflected market and blue book value, I decided to buy elsewhere.If you do decide to visit, be sure to ask about the available warranty, if there is an option.
