Ive been there paying for two cars purchased from another person (licensed) with no problem at all, friendly personal and enough parking.

While the level of service is good, and the car pickup is fine too, there is a problem with an extensive wait time! First time picking up the car we waited over 1 hour! I reckon for all the high auction fees service could be more streamlined.

The car I bought from them was being falsely marketed and they did not want to help me. They said its your problem becuase you know the car can have extra damage even if we didnt spot it keep in mind I spotted the damage within a minute of looking at the car.

If there was no starts to put I would not be giving them not even one. The most terrible auction experience ever. The y do not do honest business. They trick you and rip you off to the bone. No way you will be able to resolve a problem even if it is for their mistake. There is malintention and bad vibes they spread with every conversation if you are even lucky to get a hold of them. Do not waste your money and time with people that do not appreciate customers and their business. Bunch of hyenas!

Many cars are salvage but you can find very few that are not. Beware of the brokers... some brokers resale their vehicles amongst themselves. They pretend to do you a favor but little do you know the scam they perform. They have other bidders on site to hype their price.

CAUTION DO NOT BUY THERE !!! I bought a motorcycle at the auction there was complete and when they received it 3 days after buying it was without side cases. They rob vehicles from expensive parts I do not recommend 100% You will have a problem with this unit !!! Of course, the trunks were probably not sold at another auction. WRONG BEHAVIOR !!! Terrible customer treatment I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!
