I wanted information on a part that I didnt have the part number to, I spoke with I believe her name was Crystal she was such a sweetheart. She transferred me to one of their engineers and got what I needed, I spoke with Daisy B who was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Ever since, I have been placing my orders with US Industrial Tool. I have been talking to Alondra and another Daisy in the office, who make me feel comfortable when I call, not like other places whos customer services just make you feel like Im inconveniencing them. Long story short this place is great, they get stuff done.

Consider this your warning.....If youre looking for parts pricing, youll have to email them. You may or may not get an answer. I had to email and call them for three days before I got anywhere with them, and when I finally did, I was told It is standard for it to take from 24-48 or more to respond to emails. Unacceptable.
