I had went into get a full set -acrylic, I had told her at least once that the shaping was off and the acrylic was setting to one side of my nail (which hasn’t happened when I’ve got my nails done..) prior to getting the polish on she just looked at them, shaped a couple.. didn’t compare my hands to each other..only once when she originally cut them…even still my shaping and sizes were all different on every finger… she continued to paint them but kept putting her prints into my polish! So she had to take them off and redo them, when my nails were done I let her know a final time that it wasn’t as expected and she just sat there and looked at me blanked faced… I’m not from this side of country, I did look up review and pictures on their Instagram but I should have defiantly looked at their google reviews.. ps my nails are flat ..no apex just all flat from cuticle to tip flat.. would like my money back…shooo if I had the time I’d soak them off and give them back fr!

Cute color selection, so many even glow in the dark powder. Cheap depending on the service you get i paid 95$ full set and Pedi.

I walked in and I asked for my nails to be removed and the lady was hurting my own nails she was trying to take them off by inserting another nail trough the bottom of the nail she got mad and told me to leave and to go somewhere else when I told her she was hurting my nails and that’s not the profesional way to take them off she was in a rush because she was working on a client I don’t even think they have a license bad service!!DONT COME TO THIS PLACE EVER !! She didn’t care I felt embarrassed because she told me to leave in front of all her customers When I was nice and respectful tú her at all times 👎

A lady working today had cut me 3 times and i am bruised by the cut and she didnt even ask me what length i wanted it, she did them short i do not like it and her filing and design is poor not looking like the nails i showed her i am disappointed and furious. i would like my money back, she charged me $45 and it wasnt what i wanted. she did not ask how long i wanted it on the other hand her co-worker did. get back to me please. @[email protected]

Theyre gentle. They dont cut ur skin as frequently as other places. I cant stand that. They actually pay attention. Not to chatty either but very nice ladies.

I got my nails done at another salon nearby and I came to this one so they can fix the shape and she did a great job . Would come back here .

Horrible.I waited 2 1/2 hours for a clumsy job.Before she finished coating my nailsI asked the lady to fix the tip and the sides of 5 of my nails. She didnt liked that because she made a mad face.She did a manicure and applied gel on my nails..She left the sides and the tip unevenly distributed, one nail had a bubble or something that you could feel it and see.. She made up an excuse about it instead of fixing it and when she used the machine to buff she hurt me like hellPleaseDo not go there.. Theyre rude and unprofessional.I gave the one star other wise I couldnt post the horrible experience* had today.

Went here for the first time to get a gel manicure and it chipped off the same night. It completely peeled off within a few days!

You do NOT want to have any services here when its close to closing time, I went in for a Pedi and fills on a Sunday close to their closing time, my pedi isnt as bad as the fills...I literally had to go back the next day because they were lifting and since I got the gel they looked fine the second time but once the gel settled the truth was revealed and they look terrible you can see where they were lifting and now there is also bubbles from the polish...I think its time to find somewhere new. I gave 2 stars because the initial set looked good.

I love coming here!!! Everyone is super nice, they may take a while but it is forever worth it!!! Super recommend it.

GHETTO!!! Dirty & service sucks. Their idea of wait 5 more minutes. Means leaving me sitting in cold water for over 45 mins no service. Its hot & muggy,no ac. The tv is on loud as hell. Not a place to go relax. Never coming back & not recommended!!! :(

Very poor service! Got my gel manicure done on a Saturday and by Sunday it came off. Came back a couple days after due to me being sick and they say they can’t do anything about it! I would give it 0 stars if I could.. 🤬🤬👎🏼
