This particular branch of Union Bank sucks! You never feel important at this branch. It seems to be a training branch which explains a lot. We’ve been with Union Bank since 1993 and this is the worst branch. I hate that I live so close and have to use this branch. My business is by John Wayne airport, that particular branch is the best branch by far. They know me by my first name and are always welcoming when entering the branch. Brookhurst is always a wait no matter the time or day. Management and people in charge are never nice and when they are it’s seemingly forced. Rather this branch close. As harsh as that is.

3 stars cause its close to where I do things. Been a customer there for years but had to open a trust acct and change stuff on another acct and all I will say it was a **** show. Was told one thing but that was a lie about acct, took over 2 hrs for trust acct, branch manager really not much help and never ordered us checks so when we call we were told we didnt know you wanted checks even though we talked about it both times we were there doing the accts. This location is not the best and have had business owners I know tell me they hate going to this location. Everyone I know says the Huntington Beach office is much nicer and friendlier.

This branch really sucks. We have a business account there. Probably one of the worst decisions We’ve made. Very unhelpful. Wasted an hour there. Even the beach manager was very unhelpful. We advise everyone to save time and money and check another bank.

I had a recent experience with this branch, it was unprofessional and bad.The front lane manager is Rude, and the branch manager is Phony Baloney, they have no shame to lie to you face to face and eye to eye, you cant get help even when you have everything required, they still ask for more things to avoid helping in anyways.Avoid this branch and go somewhere else for no hassles.

I love this bank for its high security. The doors are pretty annoying but I felt really safe when I was being followed from the parking lot to the door by a stranger without a car roaming the parking lot between the 2 banks.Today I especially had a great experience. I came in & waited patiently in line for a teller to help me. Another lady walked in & almost cut in front of me. But the line was so short that it didnt bother me. It turns out that she needed directions in Vietnamese to the other bank so I directed to cross the parking lot.My teller today was Vietnamese. I wished that I wrote down her name. I remember it was My Vuong or something like that. She was very nice & courteous. I lived that she was attentative & paid attentions to details because thats my money that shes dealing with.After my transaction was done. She reminded me that they have new bills in for the coming Lunar New Year. I thanked her & passed up on it because I still have a large pile from the last year. I asked her for a Lunar New Year Pig though because Ive been dying to collect my husbands zodiac animal. She asked me to return in February for the pig but she offerred to gift my daughter her extra Lunar New Year Dog. So sweet of her & shes new. I havent seen her for all the decade that Ive banked with them. I love my bank & everyone who works for the Union Bank chain. Its always hassle free & most of them make effort to remember my name & greet me as I walk in.

Saing and checking link together, still charging $10 dollrs fee??? no good! need to up gradethe system...ex. I check online and also I have deposit cash on wekend .. when check said fund is available, then I purchase item on ebay Mon. then being charged. Dont Understand.
