We contracted to have work done after we had a slab leak in Oct.2016.They still have not completed the job. I have been in contact with Corporate and still waiting on them to finish the work. Our TV has not been working properly and they not returning our calls or emails.

Do NOT Do business with this company. They are partnered with the insurance company, yes, and are sent to assess the damage and do immediate clean-up, but they are then a bit shady on getting you sign documents, so that they are the ones that are contracted to do ALL the repairs on your insurance claim, even though you have the RIGHT to use anyone, and can probably get a better job using a non-partnered company. They are essentially in cahoots with the insurance company to give you the least quality service, for the highest price they can squeeze out of the insurance. Steer Clear if you can avoid them
